The first solution is eating only four to five servings of fruits as well as vegetables on a daily basis (Goodman, Belay, Dooyema and Blanck 2018, p. 432). On the other hand, to avoid unhealthy eating habit, one should select complete grain foods like the brown rice in addition to whole wheat bread. As such, enables one to live a healthy life. Another solution is that one has to weigh and then measure food to achieve a considerate portion sizes before consuming (Cook, Stain, Altman, Lima, Dietz and Wifely 2018, p. 123). This will assist taking standard and healthy foodstuffs that will limit unhealthy eating habit.
Another solution to unhealthy eating habit is to balance the food "chequebook" as well as weighing regularly to determine on how the weight is either increasing or reducing in a certain proportion; thus this will enable early attention to seek medical advice if one will realize that his/her body is not normal. By so doing, one would have managed unhealthy eating habit (Alcatraz-Aragon, Rodrigo, Lupines, Tapia, Inkiest, Martinez, Martinez, Tens, Elena, Merino Torres and de Leave 2018, p. 292).
This menace also has a preventive mechanism rather than treatment strategies. The major preventive mechanism is by determining societal changes along with personal choices of taking instructions on the healthy eating habits (Wilson, Zimmer and Knopf 2018, p. 58). Thus when one is found in the critical conditions of this unhealthy eating habit, then one will see medical treatment in due course. First will be advised to take a balanced diet on a scheduled daily basis; one will be advised to carry out serious body exercise and finally seeking medications which might entail surgery.
