Metabolic syndrome is the collection of the factors which contribute to the possibility of developing heart disease, diabetes as well as stroke. In America, the condition is growing common especially among adults of the age between 60 and eighty years old. It is essential to understand that age is a big factor which influences the possibility of acquiring the condition, therefore, the older we get, the more the chances of getting the conditions. Various changes are brought about by the presence of the disease and which have different treatment approaches. First, there is the coronary damaging of the lining as well as the other arteries. In this situation, there is the ability to slow down the flow of blood which might result in heart failure. Their physical treatment s recommended such as exercising, quitting smoking and an observed diet. Cholesterol-modifying medicines are used in the treatment of the condition. Secondly, there is the likelihood for triglyceride development which as a result causes the cardiovascular disease ("What Is Metabolic Syndrome? Symptoms & Treatment | Cleveland Clinic", 2019). There are three approaches to the condition which include the change in lifestyle (exercise patterns and feeding habits), medication propositions as well as surgical procedures in the situation where the situation is worse. Thirdly, the metabolic syndrome might bring about the changes in the manner in which the kidney functions. This means that the purposes of the kidney are changed thus reducing the ability to remove salt hence causing stroke and high blood pressure. Treatment options include clinical medicine meant to clean up the kidney, and if the situation worsens, there is a high chance for the kidney transplant. Besides, there is the change in the normal functioning of blood were within the circulatory system, there might be the development of blood clots which there makes it hard for the blood to flow through the body and as a result, there is the possibility of developing strokes and heart attacks. The treatment propositions are similar to the coronary blockage recommendations. Lastly, there is the slow production of insulin within the body of a person which means that there is the high chance of developing the type 2 diabetes which by itself can lead to the fdevel0ment of the heart problems. Metformin, Thiazolidinedione's, Sulfonylureas, and physical exercises are the standard treatment options for the disease and with thorough consultancy with the health officers, and then there is the greater chance to reduce the worsening of the condition. The five metabolic changes all chain down to the need of involving exercise as well as good feeding habits especially for the older generation.

The study of genes over the past fifteen years by scientists concerning the Parkinson's disease has led to the ability to improve the diagnosis as well as the treatment of the disease. It is definite that genetic mutilation has led to the development of different forms of the disease and therefore, there is the need to incorporate the genetic study to understand the development of better medicine ("Genetics and Parkinson's Disease," 2019). It is important to realize that not every patient diagnosed with the disease gets it through the genetic hand over; however, what scientists understand is that there is the need to explore the genetic mutilation factor to provide new therapies which are supposed to help the patients in with the condition. National Institutes of Health have discovered that there is the presence of genetic mutilation among the families that are most vulnerable to Parkinson's disease. As a result, the scientists focus on finding a better treatment of the illness with the aim of helping those already diagnosed with the disease. According to the article, it is clear that genetic mutilation is a significant contributor to the changing conditions of the Parkinson's disease and therefore understanding the changes might as well lead to the devel0pmet of better treatment options.

Conclusion

Every condition, as well as disease, is followed by the relative prescriptions which in many cases are the medicines prescribed ("Genetics and Parkinson's Disease," 2019). As a result, there is the need to seek medical advice in case any medical problem comes up. In the community, there is the tendency of keeping the leftover medicine by the well-intending patients for future use or future prescription. However, the practice is not critically accepted and might cause more harm than good in most cases. The assumption that medicine is supposed to serve another person is entirely wrong because there are big chances that the next person is facing a different disease or condition. Besides, the keeping of medicine for future use might lead to the expiring of the medication which as a result might lead to treating another disease with expired medicine. In many of the cases, the leftover medicine is used by the patients to treat a condition or disease which has similar symptoms. However, without the clinical confirmation of the disease, then it might be hard to identify what is being dealt with and issuing already prescribed medicine to the same or other patient is way too risky.
