Introduction

Patient experiences enable nurses to evaluate and improve the quality of health care. Patient education can involve information about health conditions and how to navigate health systems. Nurses spend a lot of time with the patient, which improves patient health care experiences. When patients have a positive experience with nursing care, it provides an efficient and healthy working environment for the nurses (Aeling & Chavez, 2019). Health education enables patients to make an informed decision. When patients are knowledgeable about their health care and treatment options, they can identify what to do or not do with healthcare. It provides patient assistants, such as family members, with humble time to take care of the patient. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the influence older adult patient education has on health care using the experiences of a patient to provide health care.

They provide psychological support to the elder patient. They notify the family members of any change of symptoms. They participate in planning care for older patients. They should be knowledgeable about the proper healthcare measure to undertake to improve the health of an older adult patient.

The patient hires for cleaning and yard services to perform household chores. The grocery stores and drug stores take the order through the phone and bring them home. The geriatric care managers provide home services. They help the older patient to pay for the bills. They make a visit to the home, and the patient suggests the needed services, such as paying for bills.
