Racial profilin being discriminatory practice by firm enforcement of officials targeting personnel for suspicion of crime basing on nationality origin, religion, ethnicity, and individual race. However, there is a condition in racial profiling that ascertains an illegal situation. The context of terrorist and crime performance in racial profilin is unlawful.
