Fulfillment of my heart's desires and discovering of value within myself makes me happy as I can nourish my unique strengths in the contribution of happiness to the people around me. I also get happy when I realize that I have achieved my needs, and I can get into interpersonal relationships such as friendship, trust, acceptance, and trust that motivate my behavior (Mcleod, 2020). I have learned that happiness is an effective way for me to deal with any negative emotions that may arise in my life. Positive emotions and relationships help me have a feeling of achievement because I can fix the wrongs that I make in my course of life.

My learning strengths include an ability to tackle new ideas through the use of natural strategies of learning. I enjoy verbal intelligence, such as telling stories, reading books for fun, and talking about new ideas. My learning weaknesses include a reliance on learning styles, which can rely on a style that can cause a dilemma for the students as they are faced by an intrusion of dilemmas that many educators use (Mcleod, 2020). I learned that my emotional intelligence is affected by the exercising of my character, which may lead to depression or inauthenticity as I age.

I will stay motivated in my next college class by concentrating on high impact activities, making new challenges, and setting goals that must all be attainable and achievement. I will acknowledge my daily accomplishments before setting new ones and trying to accomplish them (Seligman, 2018). To improve my memory, I will train my brain to understand things fast and ensure that I can easily get the virtues required to attain a purpose for every activity I perform (Mcleod, 2020). I will continue to have a growth mindset throughout my college classes by taking part in in-class activities such as exercises and quizzes to increase my knowledge base concerning all activities that happen in class.

I have set both short term and long term goals to aid me have a vision of my future and what I would like to achieve in the coming years. My short term goals are to ensure that I pass my exams by the end of the learning session and improve my grades significantly (Seligman, 2018). I also want to have fully understood all concepts explained in class and how it can apply in my life outside school. My long term goal is to ensure that I grasp all concepts required in my career because they will help me create a positive mental and physical growth to help in preparations for my places of employment.

Conclusion

Grit is the perseverance and passion sustained for an individual's long-term goals. Grit has the potential of shaping my life and academics, and it will help make me grittier through the curricula and programs created and implemented in school. I will utilize the Problem-Solving Action list first to analyze the challenge I am facing, brainstorm different options where I will list all possible ideas, consider all the options presented and make a decision of which option works best (Seligman, 2018). A positive attitude is a sure way for an individual to get all the support they like and help in the boosting of the happiness and positivity displayed. Staying positive will ensure that an individual will succeed in and life and will not be as different as he was before.
