Social enterprises refer to an entrepreneurial type of venture whose primary focus is creating a more positive social and environmental change together with stable revenue (Fowler et al., 2017). Social enterprises are structured like the regular commercial business which entails a business model, consumer base together revenue streams.

Financial Implications

The Financial implications include that the business needs to have a charitable purpose for it to qualify for tax-exempt status. In the non- profit organization, profit cannot get achieved (Kenny et al., 2019). The financial success of this organization cannot get shared with other parties since it will lead to conflicts of interests. It makes the organization not to be able to share its tax receipts for donation purposes.

It is because the organization grew up at a faster rate; it is because the rapid growth of a business and the implementation of the business process may seem to be doubtful to some of the individuals (Kenny et al., 2019). It may be caused because the business lacks proper awareness methods of how the processes can be used to expand the business.

The structures include collaborating with firm members and working together in order to create proper channels of communications to convey the right messages to its clients, together with its stakeholders (Powell et al., 2018). Through working together, the individuals will be able to create conflict resolution protocols together with measures that will enable them to manage the conflicts and also ensure diverse forms of accountability.

Conclusion

There are ethical implications for social enterprises that usually generates more income that the fund needed since it is a non- profit organization (Kenny et al., 2019). It is because the crowd will focus majorly on the work that the organization has done, but they do not expect the organization to continue with generating income and revenue while working on the social cause (Kenny et al., 2019). The individuals do not bother the effort involved and how people work tirelessly to ensure that the program is a success and that they do not think that the individuals working in these organizations need some form of rewards for them to be able to provide for oneself.
