Introduction
The ad hoc committee is allocated by the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) to generate data on enhancing the nation through nursing in minimizing health disparities, creating a culture of health, and promoting the United States population's well-being. Through the knowledge learned on the Institute of Medicines analysis of 2010, it will help to enhance the nursing practice through appropriate education, expanding the business, creating work diversity, and improving leadership skills. The anticipated health practices in nursing from 2020 to 2030 help in assessing the state of technology and science through creative teams and partnerships.
Healthcare problems and poor health, however, can be reduced by applying innovative techniques to the health sector, evidence-based practices, and other leading models in nursing to enhance the evidence of effects in the industry. Through NAM visiting Camden Coalition of healthcare providers (CCHP) was vital to help analyze how healthcare providers deal with cases of poverty and complex care assistance associated with poor outcomes. Camden is a smaller city that is influenced by significant rates of poverty and poor health conditions, and its impacts have been the rising problem in the healthcare sector. Camden experiences a high level of disparities, and the health care sector, through association with other government sectors, can help in solving the issue (Meyer, 2019). However, Rutgers University has helped the city by providing adequate education and leveraging human capital to align its role and social needs of CCHP.
The Camden coalition emphasizes on enhancing care delivery to all people of the city and other states through providing appropriate services and social needs. Nurses, however, play a significant role in connecting respective patients to available community services (NAM, 2019). Network providers will be used by the coalition to provide appropriate services needed and build capacities to access adequate facilities for all people. Nurses are also used as key informants and influences in society. The evidence-based models enhance the practices of addressing social determinants of health in strengthening the patient-centered population in sharpening health care globally and locally.
For NAM to conclude its findings, it has to examine the contemporary and future issues that can be associated with the role of nurses in enhancing the healthcare services in addressing social determinants. It also has to analyze current and future implementations of healthcare in analyzing the health sector building (Meyer, 2019). It has to examine system facilitators, the role of nurses, training, nurses serving as change agents, research, and well-being function in nursing are also the vital elements to evaluate. The future of nursing is based on the contributions of the people in improving the health sector, and nurses have the objective of being informed on nursing's future.
