Introduction
After signing up and configuring the system, MTC will conduct the UAT for verification of the system software before moving it into the company. "User Acceptance Testing" will ensure that there is an end to end validation of the software for business movement as required by MTC. Testing the system will enable the company to ensure that the software meets the unique requirements of the company, improving efficiency in the organization. If the software does not meet the required results, it is tailored further as per the particular needs of MTC.
Stages of User Acceptance Setting
Analysis of Business Requirements
In this stage, the business requirements of MTC will be analyzed and appropriately recorded to ensure the non-omission of crucial information before the start of the user acceptance test. The business needs of MTC will enable customization of the software as per the requirements of the company, and this ensures that the workers of MTC will be able to feel the new customized settings improving efficiency. If this critical stage is left out, there is no customization of the software as per the business requirements of MTC as different companies have different needs during other times. As highlighted by Dos Santos et al. 2018, analysis of the requirements of the business dictates the level of the success pf the configured system in the organization (Dos Santos et al. 2018).
Plan for UAT Creation
In this stage, MTC will conduct a procedure to determine the essential and different cases in the preparation of the software. After the determination of the different scenarios, a document is prepared, highlighting all the crucial issues which authenticate the deliverables. This vital step ensures that the software meets all the software requirements of MTC to provide improved customer services. Pillai et al. 2019, highlights that the documented plan is critical to ensure that the specific tailoring of the software according to the different and unique requirements of the company (Pillai et al. 2019).
Identification of The Test Scenarios
In this step, MTC will identify the different test cases with reverence to high-level occupational processes and generate test scenarios with clearly stated test steps. The test cases from MTC will incorporate the majority of the UAT test cases. Occupational-Use issues are input during this step for the creation of MTC trial cases. Pillai et al. 2019 assert that without the identification of organizations' test cases, there is no tailoring of the software as required by the company; this would result in an inefficiently customized software that cannot meet the business requirements (Pillai et al. 2019).
Research of Trial Data
MTC, in this step, will prepare the trial data for use in the UAT. The data to be used should be live data for security and convenience in the testing process. There is a scrutinization of data from MTC for security purposes. The employee from MTC should be familiar with the flow of the database of the company. With no clear understanding of the flow of the MTCs' database, the employee will not conduct an error-free as they cannot identify any anomalies during the testing process trial resulting in unsuitable recommendations. Unsuitable recommendations result in needy customization of the software (Tabassum, 2018).
Running and Recording the Results
In this step, MTC will record the results from all the tests. The tester will record and correct any software errors that may have occurred during the running of the live data. The tester can apply test management apparatuses to run and record the results. The tester should have familiarity with the business needs of MTC for proper recording of the outcome. The tester can be either an experienced software technician from MTC or any credible organization, and he must be able to understand MTCs' database for accurate results.
Confirmation That MTC Objectives Are Mets
After the recording of MTC results, business analysts will send a sign-off a mail to the MTC organization. The signing off seals the deals and validates that the software is useful and kick starts the production of the product. The delivery of the product to the organization takes place later. Dos Santos et al. 2018, confirms that after confirmation of meeting the objectives of the business, the production of the customized product can begin and the products delivered to the end-users (Dos Santos et al. 2018).
Customers' Requirements
In every business, the customers' requirement is critical. In MTC, the customer's requirements are receiving high-quality consultants, skilled in leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions to meet the clients' needs. To test if customers receive quality services, MTC can advertise their products, and when the customers subscribe, they can provide feedback on their satisfaction level. Customer feedback can help MTC to know if the product is working correctly and that the customer's requirements met. The feedback will enable the company to see the customer's level of satisfaction. If customers are not satisfied, the software can be modified as per the requirements given by the users in the feedback to the company to ensure customers are satisfied. Rahman et al. 2016, highlights that customer feedback is the most effective way to know the company meets its objectives of satisfying its customers to ensure customer loyalty; with the recommendations, MTC can tailor the software as required by the customers (Rahman et al., 2016).
