We are able to get the Cisco project successfully, and I managed the project for the next 3years with an onsite-offshore model. During that time, devices are connected at a remote location, and its use to take double the amount of work required to complete tasks than it usually takes, in the next 8 months worked with cisco managers to transfer the fully functional Head end and set up a lab at TechMahindra premises with 150 set-tops for both development and testing saving client's month on month savings of 60%.
