Introduction

There are two great traits that I have. The first trait is being inquisitive while the second one is the trait of courage. These traits are useful now that the world is facing a virus attack which has been classified as a pandemic by the World Health Organization(Chen.etal,2020). The Coronavirus is highly contagious and is spread through human interaction when one party is infected. It is more severe among the people of an advanced age according to the available information from the experts. Being an inquisitive being, I always research on theories and the medical reports to try and establish the truth on the cause and the nature of the virus (Saif.etal, 2019). I have to face my fears and stay as instructed by the medical personnel in their attempt to contain the disease.

I take a walk to detox and relax. Walking allows me to breathe and exercise a little bit and enjoy the sunshine which is more relieving.

I always find peace in solitude in the sight of nature. I love watching birds, trees swinging and even fish in the ponds. It relieves me from the online news of deaths and frustrations caused by panic over the pandemic.

The Solution Starts With Me

Taking responsibility is crucial in life. To help other people in a crisis like a coronavirus pandemic, people need to understand that they are accountable at a personal level for the spread of the disease. The restrictions imposed on movements are meant to contain the spread. There are lockdowns in cities and regulations of people keeping a distance when walking. Since the disease is contagious, it is the decision of a sick person to stay away from a population, to avoid spreading the disease to them

Quality Leadership

The top traits of a leader include efficiency and responsibility. Being an efficient leader means that the leader is concerned with how fast a solution is made. An efficient leader works with team members to implement possible solutions even in times of emergencies. There is evidence of lack of efficiency in the Trump's administration after an information to the public reveals that he was informed about the risks of the corona Virus by the intelligence reports earlier before first cases were reported in the US("Before Trump's inauguration, a warning: 'The worst influenza pandemic since 1918'", 2020). The president of the US has not taken responsibility as a leader and has rather blamed some people in his team for the overwhelming of the hospitals in major cities. According to an article report. President Trump disbanded an NSC pandemic unit instituted by Barack Obama in the year 2018("Trump disbanded NSC pandemic unit that experts had praised", 2020). Experts from the allergy and infectious diseases institutes blame him for lack of responsibility, as the unit was important.

The Mind is Shaped By Our Thoughts

The mind of a person is a result of the thoughts that a person has. Whenever a person becomes scared, the ability to make good decisions that can solve the issue is difficult. The pandemic is affecting several people and is spreading faster because of the fear that has been instilled in people. Trump's failure to believe in data-driven results due to a belief that the virus was akin to the flu was as a result of his dominant thoughts of laxity. ("Intelligence reports warned about a pandemic in January. Trump reportedly ignored them.", 2020).People have believed in unverified news, which has made them extremely panic, ending up making bad choices.

Leaders Solve Problems

A good leader can use communication as a tool to calm down irrational people. A good leader would convince its people about the benefits of scientific advice such as the provision of the stay at home- order during this pandemic and assure them of safety and a solution in the nearest future. People need hope and the leaders should provide information and assurance of a better future.
