Introduction
Congenital ZKV is known to pose a serious health risk to infect newborn. Only the one percent of the defects discovered in newborn have been documented but the research is silent on the remaining majority of new born fate who are largely considered "healthy" at birth but critical health risks may be manifested during the later stages of development. This research hence has focused on analyzing High dosage Zika virus and low dosage Zika virus maternal infection and their long-term impact on the health of their impacts. High dosage of Zika virus (HDZKV) have a crucial negative impact on the offspring including fetal death. However low dosage virus (LD ZKV) have long term health defect including increased levels for testosterone especially among the male's infants and fetal birth weight loss.
The Zika virus infection is prevalence in areas that have high populations of mosquitos such as tropical Africa. It is transmitted to the human body through the mosquito bites and has an impact of causing infection such as mild febrile disease and maculopapular rash. The Zika virus has spread in several parts of the world such as Brazil, Africa, French, and Micronesia. The study, therefore, focused on the impact of the virus maternal infection on what is considered as "healthy" appearing offspring and whether they suffer from long-term health impairments. The methods used for data collection ensured that ethical requirements were adhered such as the German animal protection law. The low dose of Zika virus and a high dose of Zika virus all obtained introduced to the study mice population group. After the assessment of all the variables that were under investigation a number of results were obtained which answered the research question.
The study results indicated that the performance of the male offspring from a Zika virus-infected mother was largely by the concentration levels of testosterone. The male offspring born from low dose Zika virus mother were likely to have high testosterone concentrations which would expose it to the risk of anxiety disorders compared to females. Testosterone high males would also expose hippocampal deficit in learning strategies. The results also indicate that generally high levels of testosterone in male offspring born from LDZKV mother correlate with high risks of brain damage. Differences in spatial abilities, depression, and memory are determined by the level of testosterone in the body. In summary, the results of the study found that early maternal infection with zakat affects the development of the embryo in the uterus. Offspring who are considered "healthy" at birth face a great risk of health impairments in later stages of their life such as learning memory deficiencies as well as neuronal abnormalities. Other abnormalities that are likely to be experienced include autism and most of the impairments have to do with the levels of testosterone concentrations in the body of offspring which affects the males more than females.
Breakthroughs Based on Research
The recommended possible breakthroughs from this research are the ability to detect offspring who may be at higher risk of experiencing neurological dysfunction from mother infection with Zika virus. The early identification would help make a health breakthrough on the quick diagnosis, effective intervention, and management of the health dysfunctions. The results of the study can be the source of a breakthrough in devising prevention mechanisms that can protect the offspring from experiencing health dysfunctions in later stages of life. Some of the primary care services that can be administered include vaccination or any other medication breakthrough that can help prevent the conditions long way before they appear.
