The video is about Hispanic families, especially old people in Houston Texas. I work for a definitive choice health care, a hospice agency, and home health. Health Care. The main focus of the video is on the feminism and critical race feminism theory which clearly states that the view of the oppressed people, discriminated against or group should be understood better by the larger society, and the law must not focus on the wrongs done by the perpetrators although assisting those who have been victims of discrimination.

In other words, Mari Matsuda and Alan Freeman agreed that the courts and the public as the main representatives of the larger society must comprehend the responses and the experiences of people who are treated poorly simply because of their race, for instance, Hispanic children and their families including aged people. Patricia Williams was denied the chance to access the Medication because of his race (Sutherland, 2015). Also, African American was not listened to and was about to be arrested when she inquired about a special diet in the hospital (Klemme, 2015).

I also realize an awful similarity of large and small insults and having such abuses re-interpreted by other people I am sensitive, I am wrong, or I am just too only are trying to assist. The discrimination that elderly usually face is the hostility of being abandoned to suffer alone, although the involuntary sterilization, institutionalization as well exclusion from a private hospital , rather, it is the experience of not being allowed the carry out the roles that non-disabled peers are expected to play(Sutherland, 2015). Several commentators have noted that aged ought not to carry out any adult role in whichever way. To be viewed in the same manner, in all social interactions, only need but cannot offer any important assistance and not liked by older adults if they are more competent than if they are viewed as unqualified for certain roles.

There is nothing that the law about the informal interactions that make up the lives of Hispanic old people and their families lucky enough to have the jobs, education and financial capabilities to be attending conferences and workshops, or taking frequent vacations where they come across new people and interact. In order laws to assist Hispanic people who are the old age to enter the mainstream, juries as well as judges will need to understand a lot that they know typically about how disabled people carry out with their life activities. According to Anita Silvers, the burden of proof is normally high for any person with a disability who has claimed that living with impairment is not a tragedy(Klemme, 2016. Nevertheless, the burden of proof is that anybody with a disability can live more competently at all.

Individuals with disabilities have been denied the opportunity to access the services of different kinds, health, and child care counseling to assist in entertainment to restore stores, either due to discomfort prejudices in regard with their disabilities. These people should have a chance to access the services. There is discrimination in hiring basing on the disability; provided disability does not affect the ability to carry out the roles in question, is illegal in Houston Texas and other states.

In hospice, we had outpatient and inpatient. Outpatient was not in a serious condition, and they required less attention, that's why they could be treated from home. Inpatient was in critical condition, and they were to be taken good care of. As results, it was possible to retain the patients and as well as admit more patients because of adequate facilities of accommodation.

Mostly I dealt with geriatrics during my placement. These are older people that need to be taken good care of. They need a lot of attention and assistance. Despite the challenges, managed to take care of my patients in a manner that meets the set standards.

Every person has a right to a good education, to her needs and talents. The laws in Texas ensure that the students with disabilities acquire a good education. Every person has a right to participate fully in community activities including dining, religious services, enjoying community facilities, shopping. Even when physical barriers do not exist, disable people sometimes enjoy the differential treatment.

I faced several challenges in my internship including the language barrier. I am not a resident of Houston Texas though I had to interact with my patients who were speaking a different language. This forced me to look for a translator to help me understand my patients, hence the negative impact on the delivery of my duties. The patients required close attention; especially the old aged people but I found it difficult due to the language barrier.

My patients were referred to Houston Methodist hospital in case they required special attention and treatment or if they were in a critical condition that was beyond our specialists in hospice agency.
