Subsequently, many gay communities across the world have responded to the menace with fewer efforts such as the creation of international, national, and local organizations and initiatives in HIV prevention, advocacy, social and counseling support, and community-based research to ascertain that the rationale is adversely addressed. Max et al. (2015), due to some unplanned and unpredicted repertoires, the approaches have failed to make the group more vulnerable to infections. This proposal focuses on examining the appropriate measures that can be taken to eradicate the prevalence of HIV/AIDS among gays and bisexual communities. It also captures possible solutions that can be adopted to ensure that the approach in concrete and lucid based on the adopted rationales and the previous information about the menace.
Health facilities have long discovered the importance of designing proper measure to address the HIV/AIDS among bisexuals. However, numerous factors have delayed the process which can frequently be traced in the historical back group of the menace. First, if the elements are adequately addressed at early stages of infection, subsequent infections may not be possible (Beymer et al. 237). Therefore, it is prudent to outline essential consideration that can be adopted in ensuring proper protection of gays and bisexuals from contracting HIV/AIDS. Significantly, the research intends to answer the following questions:

Significance of Research Question
The primary audience of the research topic is bisexual communities. Addressing the research questions adequately provides the bisexual community with adequate and insightful information about the vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted. Concrete address to the research question signifies a change of mind among the bisexual communities and helps them find possible ways in which they can get rid of the menace without stopping the action. However, the use of professional sources gives both positive and negative effects of gays and how it exposes such community to HIV/AIDS epidemics.
In the existing body of language that addresses the similar concern, the research topic adopted in this proposal will provide insight to various ways in which incidences of HIV/AIDS and STI can prevent among the bisexual community. Similarly, the focus in addressing significant repertoires of the issues help in evaluating the existing body for credibility and consistency based on ethical issues associated with it. Overall, based on the social setting, the research proposal will provide ethical considerations that must be adhered to before evaluating one to be gay or bisexuals. Besides, it outlines basic educational concepts that can be used to address the problem among the affected community without interfering with the codes of ethics of the city.
