Introduction
Majority of forced marriage cases are reported to come from the Asian community's involving women from Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. Despite the fact of the knowledge about the nature of forced marriages in the United Kingdom there are still some elements of forced marriages in other parts of the world (Sharp, 2010). The Forced Marriage Unit (FMU) shown that there several Asian communities have a higher population as compared to other places like Europe (Sharp, 2010). It is also determined by the fact that there are a large number of Pakistan and Bangladesh youths who are already in marriage life. It is then a fact that some people from the Middle East, east of Asia, and Africa are reported to have engaged in marriage at an early age in other places of the world like the UK (Sharp, 2010). The forced Marriage Unit has said that much fund is used refugees programs in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and unknown group of people from the United Kingdom as refugees towards the issues on forced marriages, in their activities of financial reporting (Bryman, 2016). Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care and Data Protection Act 1998 together have raised concerns on ethical issues consideration to the vulnerable group which includes women and children (Modood, 2005). Such approaches have fostered social welfare provision in globalization impact, making emphasis on comparative global analysis towards justice to the offenders. Another study conducted by the University of Lincoln showed that British men have been using a lot of money to turn Asian girls into slaves and then their wives, (Modood, 2005) .The women are regarded as "disposable wife," it has become a business that is conducted by some people who goes to the extent of disposing of these wives while still in their countries (Jackson,2007). Many of these English are already married; they make an appointment and get the women from other places (Modood, 2005).
Other reports come from articles that address child marriages forced marriages of Asian communities to the Northeastern parts of England. Some of the things that are discussed are the causes on forced marriages in the said communities, which arranges for ethnic stereotypes, Asian culture, Community Involvement, Policies in unions, Family influences, social influences, and international& United Kingdom view on forced marriages (Jackson, 2007).Nature of Marriage in Asian CommunitiesReviewing the nature of marriage in Asian Communities it becomes evident that, while marriage remains a long-term union between individuals, there have been significant changes seen in Asian communities towards forced marriages (Modood, 2005). The cultural value marriage in the Asian population influences cases of forced marriages in the United Kingdom (Gill & Hamed, 2016). In areas like China, there were three types of marriage one is in which a young man pays a dowry to the girl's parents and then a marriage ceremony is arranged (Larasi, Roy & Tweedale, 2014). The other kind of marriage is the betrothed marriage where a girl was brought up then a husband from the family would be suggested to her, while still in childhood (Larasi, Roy & Tweedale, 2014). The third type of marriage is where a man is a talent to girls' household and made o marries a girl from the household as known as uxorilocal marriage (Jackson,2007). Polygamy in Muslim
Muslim laws years ago accepted that a man could have as many women as he liked, however, it only applied to males who adhered to Islamic faith (Larasi, Roy & Tweedale, 2014). Women were also not allowed to own everything in (Larasi, Roy & Tweedale, 2014). Therefore, poor women had no option but to relate to the man who is already married. The Asian community is perceived to have the most significant number in cases of forced marriages; still Muslim religion is dominant in the region. The name of sponsorship age triggers cases like such in the United Kingdom among Asians who migrated to the UK (Gill & Hamed, 2016).
Feminist Theory
Feminism is a theory that is not considered by many people in the study, especially those from Asian community (Saulnier, 2008). Women and men are equal in socially, economically, and political spheres precisely, cultural feminism and Libertarian feminisms are some of sub-theories that are violated in the study (Saulnier, 2008). The parents of girls from Asian communities are in the front-line participation of force marriages as they think that they are helping their children to get the man of their .Elders in Asian Community are practice libertarian feminism since the government does not make significant changes on the ground (Saulnier, 2008). Studies show that women represent 90% of the victims, particularly those in 18-25 years of age (Gill & Hamed, 2016).Simone de Beauvoir and Second-Wave FeminismThe work of Simone de Beauvoir (1949) and Second-Wave Feminism offers a representation of the second sex. The study reveals several group of women who come together and influence the victims to point out the truth though they could not, they feared the punishment from home (Saulnier, 2008). In Asia particular Islamic communities' women have their own chores which are ambiguous in the society; second - wave theory propagates for all gender inclusivity in societal wellness. They are even booked to rich men in UK and then disposed after some time (Gill & Harvey, 2017). Studies have it that there are some Asian- UK men who books girls to get United Kingdom and meet their "dream husbands", (Gill & Harvey, 2017).On the other hand, studies reveal that second-wave feminism started in US, and has been taken serious by several bodies including churches and government bodies. The Asian communities have been marrying off their daughters for dowry; they do not encourage women who are educated are disrespected in those societies (Gill & Hamed, 2016). Their parents believe that they are the best when making decision on the spouses to their daughters, they also are propelled by the poverty.
Consanguineous - UK Pakistan views
According to a study conducted towards the effects of Consanguineous marriages to Asian communities living in the United Kingdom, such kind of friendships are as a result of cultural belief and forced marriages to the stereotypical men in England causing genetic disorders, infant deaths, and stillbirths (Gill & Harvey, 2017). Research revealed that several people who were interviewed (Chantle, Gangoli & Hester, 2009), did not understand what the genetic implications of consanguineous marriage were, most of those people were those who did not get a secondary education (Chantle, Gangoli & Hester, 2009).
Social Care Provision and Ethical Issues

Several middle-aged Pakistan and Bangladesh believe that they choose a spouse for their children in order to accomplish their children's desires by arranging for them to meet their dream men (Modood, 2005). Social care institute is encouraging to use scholarly research that supports the use of evidence-based practice (EBP) in their activities (Chantle, Gangoli & Hester, 2009). Ideas EBP of should be made to specific individuals in 'lowlands,' to rapidly get the message, which is also the purpose of Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) (Chantle, Gangoli & Hester, 2009)Government, Legislation, and Political MeasuresThe government should intervene by providing legislative measures to ensure that cases of forced marriages are not found in the United Kingdom just like other EU countries (Sharp, 2010). Forced Marriage Civil Protection Act (2007) is designed to provide solutions to forced marriage issue and domestic violence. For instance, Europe has taken measures in initiating 21- year age rule in as an immigration rule regarding article 8 ECHR, which resulted after a series of research and concern by scholars (Chantle, Gangoli & Hester, 2009). United Kingdom might not be privileged in the state because of the BREXIT idea (Saulnier, 2008); therefore, they will not be part of the European Governments. Perhaps, the number of Asian people (NON-EU) will migrate to the United Kingdom since EU countries would be restricted (Saulnier, 2008). The United Kingdom failed to participate in Directive 2003/86/EC, which were aimed at deterring forced marriages in immigration measures (Sharp, 2010). Issues on Ethics are still evident; the Lord Owsley's Report included approximated predication that in 2020, there will be 40,000 Muslim households an increment from 2001, 16,000 homes (Sharp, 2010).
