The main concern of the company, therefore, is the well-being of its employees and customers. Based on the case study, Google Company has always been coming up with constant innovations of the work environment to upgrade the employee's comfort (Ferrell, 2015). The main aim of the company also as well as their core-value grants the employees a chance to do the best they can and not experience a lot of challenges and pressure when doing the job.

According to me, I think that Google does respect the user's privacy and only highlights some of the personal information of the users which are later improved by the services they offer. Also, I also think that people do fail to read the agreements just before accepting as they hurry to make installation start as fast as they can, and within the agreement, it's clarified that the company will use some part of your information. Hence, ethically the company is up to the scale, and this earned them one of the awards for being the most ethical company, and it must be for something it's not just an award to any company.

Additionally, the company is always apologetic in case of any accusation since there was an instance whereby the users had accused them, and they apologized for all the inconveniences caused. This happened because the personal information of the Google users was saved on their database while taking Google maps pictures and they said that it was fully unintentional. Hence, in my opinion, Google always tries its best for their improvement of the stakeholders.

What are the effects of government regulation of the internet might have on Google's operation?

It is evidenced that the government has always been in the toes of the Google Company ever since it was considered the world's biggest company. However, the company is always submissive to the government's rules and regulations .hence for me I think Google will just adapt to any changes imposed by the government so as to evade the eternal parties' troubles and keep providing the best services to their employees and customers.
