Being creative in the workplace generally means that one has to take risks with full knowledge that uncertainty might lead to a total fail. However, creativity is an essential aspect of the workplace. When creativity is being applied in the workplace, there is a possibility of obtaining meaningful results. It must be used across employees in an organization from top management to the juniors within the workplace (Kudesia, 2015). It means that for any person to be termed as creative, he /she might come up with unique ideas which, when applied, they contribute towards achieving solutions.

Teamwork is one of the component keys to success. When all hands within a particular organization work together, the flow within work is obtained. This increases delivery since teamwork, and productivity usually goes hand in hand. A united and stable workforce typically have positive effects which improve the reputations of an organization (Komodromos & Halkias, 2016). However, it is necessary to make sure that this teamwork has a bond, and the individuals in the team understand each other well. If not so, it can lead to poor delivery and ineffectiveness in the business.

Caring is one of the best characteristics an individual can exhibit. This is because when a person cares for other people, there is gaining experience, which is both internal and external. When people care for others, they improve their self - awareness as well as opening their eyes on the aesthetic aspect of their lives (Komodromos & Halkias, 2016). If people only focus on their care and interests, they end up shutting themselves off to the world, which hinders them from exhibiting the beauty of caring deeds. This leads to narrow and enclosed growth, which is not as effective as growth associated with broad observations from the response of people due to caring acts. Unless people open their minds and allow the influence and deeds of people to define their characteristics, they will never realize and learn their capabilities.

A person needs to be enthusiasm in an organization since it has some selected benefits. These benefits include; making life have a lot of fun through seeing inner life as more manageable, shinier, and most of all, more enjoyable Susskind, Moore & Kacmar, 2018). It also attracts people since it tends to make all sorts of interaction and relationships as inner satisfaction. Another benefit of being enthusiasm is that it can be used as a powerful instrument for communication. When a person is happy and jovial, there is a high possibility of passing the message in the right mood, and it is usually well-received.

Assessment of Personal Weaknesses

Perfectionism is one of undesirable character an employee can have. This is because it leads to frustration conditions when the higher standard performance is not met. It is good to set standards, but they are supposed to be real so that frustrations can be avoided while in various professionals

Another undesirable aspect in the workplace is doubting oneself. An individual is supposed to have full confidence in himself or herself for the maximum potential to be exploited. The element of doubt brings about low self-esteem, which acts as a stumbling block in the maximum delivery of an employee.

Focusing so much on finer details is another unsuitable characteristics of an employee. This is because it distracts employees from the set targets and goals through time consumption. When employees concentrate on those more exceptional distracting details, concentration is lost, which leads to wastage of time (Saebi, Lien & Foss, 2017). It is a scenario which can lead to ineffectiveness performance of employees since tasks are not completed on time.

There is another character trait known as procrastinating, which also can be categorized in undesirable characteristics of an employee. Any employee should always be ready to carry out implementation. This also helps in saving time and even determining the outcomes of a particular application as early as possible. When employees keep on postponing, it seems like there is a doubt or lack of self- believe which affects the whole reputations of an organization

It is also noted that for an employee to be active; ultimately, there is an aspect of being confident with himself or herself. This is because there a character trait of an employee waiting for approval by their colleagues before they can come up with a decision. Even though it is essential for an employee to consider the opinions of other colleagues, it should not hinder an individual from coming up with a sound decision (Phadermrod, Crowder, & Wills, 2019). Waiting for others to approval may lead to anxiety due to fear of not approved. It is a scenario which leads to poor delivery of an employee.

Assessment of Opportunity

In every organization, there is that sector of how an organization or an employee can obtain a chance of becoming better. In a healthy organization, which is an organization that needs growth now, and then an individual can benefit in various ways (Saebi, Lien & Foss, 2017). These benefits or opportunities are captured in the following scenarios. If there is a new technology introduced, an employee will be in a position of obtaining it. This will be through being trained how to use that new technology which increases the level of education, skills of performance as well as experience. Trough getting this knowledge and skills about tech and emerging trends in the field of MRI an employee increase plans of growth and becomes competitive.

Assessment of Threats

As it is in opportunities, there is also an aspect of having threats as an employee working in health care as MRI technologist. First of all, as technologists, one needs to have a high level of patience since sometimes systems may fail. Lack of patience may lead to frustrations (in case of system fail) which lower productivity and effective delivering of employees. The other personal threat which an MRC technologist must face has a complicated technology which is challenging to comprehend. In this case, therefore, an employee is seen to be obsolete, which affects their delivery. If the issue gets to extremes, a replacement might happen. Consequently, it means that the probability of losing a job as MRI technologists high is unless one is very sharp and updated on fast-changing technology.
