In recent days, tension has arisen both in the United States and Iran following Tehran's retaliatory attack by the United States, killing Qassem Soleimani. Soleimani was killed in a United States drone attack that happened in Baghdad in Iraq that prompted Iran to retaliate and attacked United States troops. This attack has caused an imminent war between the two countries. However, US President Donald Trump seems to shy away on the invasion of their soldiers in Iran but has threatened to attack Iran once they persist attacking them. Trump has claimed that Iran was prompting to attack four embassies in Iran as revenge after the killing of Soleimani. America people think that this is a war between the two countries, which would draw other countries to respond since the United States exports various items to several parts of the world. David Harvey had made some argument on the war that was being experienced between the two countries where he demonstrated that the war in Iran gave the US a room for neo-conservatives to avert their devotion from the failure of capitalism.

David Harvey is recognized for his work on neoliberalism, where he focuses much on the class nature on activities regarding neoliberalism. However, Harvey has rejected some of the claims that have been made concerning neoliberalism by several liberals and other social democrats. Moreover, Harvey is known for his attentive nature regarding the spatial diversity of neoliberalism, where he has focused on its variegated form. Neoliberalism is one of the dominant as well as the pervasive agenda in recent years. Since the 1970s, neoliberalism has been commonly used in terms of absolute incidence and diversity in a context where the name has been adopted (Harvey 7). However, there has been a prompting conceptual critique regarding neoliberalism's meaning. Some of the questions that have arisen concerning neoliberalism are whether it is a depoliticized of the market or it is neo-colonial domination.

David Harvey's work has looked mostly at the geography of the uneven growth, political, and social activities that have established and maintained inequality across capitalist accumulation. His works dwell much on how and the reason for the emergence of the neoliberal solution to these particular challenges. These problems include inflation and political instability, which have been common in the 1970s. Harvey's claim has been within the guise of reforms, neoliberalism, and inequality among countries (Harvey 151). In his work, Harvey has made various claims, such as the project to attain the restoration of the class power. In this claim, Harvey believes that neoliberalism is among the projects that can be used to accomplish the rebuilding of the class power. On his claim, Harvey concluded that the interpretation of the neoliberalism could be taken as a perfect project that aims at realizing an abstract design concerning the reorganization of global capitalism. He views the process of this era as one of the purposive and universal, even if the experimentation happens to establish the best paths. He also argued that neoliberalism is a term that stands for political-economic activities. According to David Harvey, the ruling class had fewer powers in the time of the WWII boom, and hence, neoliberalism could re-establish control.

David Harvey also claimed the accumulation by the dispossession in which he began by observing that neoliberalism could be viewed as the redistributive but not generative. In this regard, Harvey had to come up with some ways that could transfer wealth and the income from a multitude toward the upper classes. He claimed that the concept of having capitalism to make sure that there is a stable accumulation is essential. Additionally, he claims that capitalism can avoid problems related to over-accumulation by making sure there is the incorporation of the commons to capitalism. Harvey claims that features of primitive accumulation have maintained to be a section within capitalism processes.

Furthermore, Harvey believes that accumulation by dispossession comprises of several practices from gathering to the extension of the wage-labor within sectors such as agriculture. According to him, he believes that dispossession contains the loss of rights and dignity, which forms the conceptual framework of the unified oppositional politics. He claims that several activities facilitate the occurrence of shifts, which include the state redistribution and privatization. Actions and policies have indeed contributed to a change in wealth, especially to the ruling class. However, it is misleading to believe that neoliberalism has been a continuous process.

Another claim by David Harvey is that the East people are now exporting those in the West. Although he claims that the global shift regarding the production of goods is very low and thus some countries represent a key deepening for the exploitation of the imperialist. Harvey also argues that imperialism has contributed to the accumulation of capital, which has drawn capitalists to a greater recourse. According to him, imperialism is based on a shift that emphasis on the accumulation to the improved reproduction. Harvey has drawn attention to the initial as well as the new form of the accumulation, but he fails to recognize the fundamental shift in emphasis is based on an extensive direction to the transformation of its processes.

David Harvey claims a correlation to the concept of nation, empire, expansion, race, class, immigration, American Exceptionalism, and Cold War. American exceptionalism has been used in various ways in the United States Global context (Dunn 7). For instance, it has been used in American and comparative politics where it has been developed in comparing the United States to other countries. Conceptualizing in American exceptionalism reveals how the United States differs from other counties. The perspective of superiority has been expressed in different ways throughout the United States history on exceptionalism. In his claim, David Harvey has demonstrated that the adaptability of the critical theory that draws the geography of the grafts to a cultural perspective. His project has been prompted by new amplification in the United States, which has happened to the entire surface of the turbulence to comprehend and respond to various contemporary world conditions. Although Harvey seems to be less concerned about engaging in a discussion on World Bank, he has resisted from case studies from the cold war economy, which has been liked to his claim on the inequality on the capitalist accumulation.

David Harvey claims that the accumulation by dispossession has been linked to nation, race, and class toward the upper ones. He claimed that the concept of having capitalism to make sure that there is a stable accumulation is essential. His claim that class is a relation but not a fixed identity where the dynamics of the class movement exists in various forms of convergences of struggle. A socialist of sensibility and the critique of capitalism can be viewed to be very expansive (Harvey 8). The immigration of people to the United States has increased over the years and appears to be entrenched. The population pressure in the United States will not decrease in the foreseeable future. The reforms on immigration have impacted the level of people's migration to all segments of the United States society. This concept has been linked with David Harvey claim regarding the neoliberalism and inequality among countries

Neoliberalism has impacted the people within the United States and abroad as well, which seems to be problematic as a theory that explains capitalism. The stability regarding capitalist mostly dwells on its ability to establish capital accumulation (Sandar 46). Moreover, capital accumulation allows the rising profit to coexist, which improves the life of the people in the United States. Although neoliberalism does not seems to have contributed to the rise in capital accumulation in the United States and capitalism. There are various reasons that show how neoliberal has contributed to the rapid accumulation of the people living abroad. For instance, it has given rise to the challenge of inadequate aggregate demand and stemming from a strong tendency of the neoliberal era to reduce both the real wage and people expenditure. Additionally, the neoliberal model has contributed to the instability, especially on the macroeconomic state, where it has renounced to the state counter-cyclical to people expenditure. Moreover, neoliberalism has also impacted the reduction of capable automatic stabilizers, which have made some social welfare programs in the United States shrink.

Globalization has impacted the transformation of big business in the United States, where it has produced a program that ties down the domestic markets on goods and labor. More significantly, globalization has tried to convert the big business into small ones. This process of globalization has increased the market pressure that has been felt by the big corporations. Despite those people who run big corporations and other financial sectors recognize the essence of having a stable nation since the competition they experience has been shortening their time horizon. This has pushed people to support every means to enable them to lower their tax burden and improve their regulatory problems to help them compete more effectively in the market. However, a regulationist nation may appear to be in the interest of large businesses since it can be efficient in promoting capital accumulation (Sandar 82). Globalization has made worldwide capitalism where various corporations compete in a system that has no defined rules. Neoliberalism has gained more influence in the United States and has become a propelling force globalization process. This process of globalization initially had been reversed by both economic and political events that took place after the Second World War.

Another impact that accrues from the nations that have the global economy and countries that are developing is that they benefit when the interest rate is low. Therefore, people are likely to benefit since there is low transport cost as well as the reduced tariffs that make products affordable to people. However, those who produce goods for domestic consumption does not gain much, although there is less competition from abroad to help them improve the quality of their products. Globalization has contributed to a more vibrant world. On the other hand, the development of neoliberalism is based on the individual profit from capital as well as in the industrialization level. Following some economic changes in the United States, the government has made sure there are the interests of the people who are ultra-rich and who take advantage of the public assets. Neoliberal economic growth has helped to widen trade in the whole world, thus subordinating democracy and freedom to those abroad and in the United States.

In the current days, tension has arisen both in the United States and Iran following killing Qassem Soleimani. Soleimani was killed in a United States drone attack that happened in Baghdad in Iran that prompted Iran to attack United States troops. David Harvey has been known for his work on neoliberalism, where he focuses much on the class nature on activities regarding neoliberalism. However, Harvey has rejected some of the claims that have been made concerning neoliberalism by several liberals and other social democrats. David Harvey claims have been linked to the concept of nation, empire, expansion, race, class, immigration, American Exceptionalism, and Cold War.
