Introduction

Coronary diseases such as Heart failure (HF) is one of the conditions which is characterized by difficulty in breathing, nausea, and inability to exercise and is commonly caused when there is a vascular injury with cholesterol plaque buildup in the arteries and blood flow occurs. For instance, this has affected my family for decades. Some of the experts attribute the problem to fact that family members share genes, lifestyles, and environments that can influence their risk for the disease. The Heart disease can be passed in a family, and greatly based on age; diet and daily routine such as physical activities. I have managed to keep my health in check due to frequent exercise by consistently swimming for about 6-7 times a week.

Pathophysiological Factors

Heart failure is a condition that is normally due to a cardiac problem which dysfunctions the capacity of the ventricle to effectively occupy or remove blood when conducting an activity or while resting and thus resulting into variation in the tissues of heart muscle and function and muscle of vacuoles activity variation which are basic factors that facilitate heart failure (Miyauchi and Masaki 1999). The compensatory activities of Neurohormonal are facilitated when cardiac output falls. Therefore, the (SNS) sympathetic nervous system and the (RAAS) renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system function to enhance the circulation of blood volume via vasoconstriction and sodium and water retention (Krantz and McCeney 2002). In the initial stages of the coronary disease, the natriuretic peptides like (BNP) brain natriuretic peptide tend to facilitate vasodilatation.

Political Factors

Stress

Stress realizes a number of hormones that can increase the burden on the heart, and affects the blood vessels resulting to coronary diseases. Politically, there is much stress that comes with particular line of career. This has been one of the prevalent conditions.

Sedentary Lifestyle

Due to political career, an individual may never find much time for exercise because of the busy schedules and living a sedentary lifestyle thus making an individual prone to coronary diseases. Nonetheless, reducing the flow of blood and dysfunction of muscle leads to the symptoms and signs of the coronary diseases such as chest pain, dizziness, and nausea.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the impact of the adaptation of neurohormonal in maladaptive systemic change can happen in skeletal, and vascular muscle activities, thus facilitating deterioration of cardiac functions and may also cause renal impairment. It, therefore, recommended that early intervention is taken on the realization of any of the suspicious symptoms.
