Firstly, it would be of a concern to mention the importance of love in business. As observed, Buber believed that love is a significant force behind business success. This is because, with love, there would be care and justice within the business (Bauer, Heinrich, & Albrecht, 2009). This would mean that employees would feel fairly treated as well as having a good relationship with employers. Ordinarily, employees will offer their best, and this is a positive move towards the growth of the business as they feel the responsibility. As can be confirmed, John Mackey of Whole foods testifies that it is love that is responsible for the success of Whole Foods company.

Simply put, when there is love in the business set up, employees and business owners will extend this to the business customers as well as other business partners. Understandably, this would mean that there is much concern and care while dealing with customers and other associates who will be less concerned only with profit-making and workers will not only look at productivity level (Bauer, Heinrich, & Albrecht, 2009).

It cannot be denied that the business world has always received criticism in issues related to care and justice. In several circumstances, there have been reports of traders receiving high bonuses as well as CEOs benefiting unfairly to mention a few. As echoed by Buber, this is because of the lack of love and justice in the business so that every person become irresponsible in the business (Bauer, Heinrich, & Albrecht, 2009). However, with ethics and love, the business has the opportunity to prosper as a person in the business will feel the responsibility to guard the business resources.

It is true that all businesses should be grounded on some belief. When a business develops a concrete social belief that is tailored to their environment, it will rightfully guide all the business operations. It would be of importance to mention that if ethics are maintained, then the employees, as well as the business environment, will be held equal to the economics of that business (Bauer, Heinrich, & Albrecht, 2009). Maintaining these ethics within the business will further ensure that business integrity alongside that of the environment is protected.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the paper has discussed how love plays an essential love in the growth of the business and how it would be if love is integrated into a business set up. Also, the responsibilities of the business, for example, establishing a business ethic to enhance love and justice in the business is discussed. Further, a discussion on the agreement that business ethics should be grounded on strong beliefs has also been made.
