In a medical facility, we have to face many different spiritual meanings for different types of people as we exist within a society with different cultures, especially in medically related concepts. A variety of cultures exist for certain symptoms and conditions, diseases that are diagnosed, labeled and treated. Some patients think that disease and illness come from a biomedical perspective, natural, holistic, or magician's perspective.

Biomedical is known as the scientific theory of illness. Which means illness comes from the cause and symptoms as a result of it Most people who work in medicine and health care believe in biomedical theories because they believe in science. For example, knowing that viruses, bacteria cause specific diseases.

Natural or holistic perspectives are more common with American Indian, Asian and others who believe that humans are part of nature. The natural view holds that the laws of nature are considered balance. Such as imbalance, disease, and chaos.

This is called the Yin and Yang theory. It forms a vital intellectual aspect that made up of Chinese culture and philosophy. It also gives a foundation for understanding traditional Chinese medicine. Yin and Yang are considered inseparable aspects yet are constantly blending together as a whole. Latin America, Arabs, and most blacks believe in the Yin and Yang theory. This indicates that blood, phlegm, black bile, and yellow bile control the basic body functions. People who often follow the theory that is Yin and Yang tend to have good mental conditions and well-being. Which includes the psychological, spiritual and social aspects of life.

The magico-religious perspective is a world full of supernatural beings. It's a practice that was common in Greece which is a belief strongly entertain by the people believing in the metaphysic belief of the commonly known magical-religion. Its nature was believed to be the cause of psychotic illness. However, it's a belief that was most common among the less educates. The delusion attributed illness to be caused by supernatural events. Therefore, the delusion thinking of the affected individuals would opt to magic and exorcism in the help of a formal psychiatrist in case the affected patient is a child. People who believe in this religion often believe that you will get what you deserve in every action you take. Examples of this practice are spells and voodoo.

Many cultures believe that the mind is a physical body and that science may or may not be involved. In these beliefs and cultures, spiritual aspects are what they believe to help them. Drugs used to treat countertops in the United States have a high level of knowledge different from other countries. All of these examples mentioned above are part of health and illness affecting the assessment process. In fact, spirituality is a globally accepted concept, hence with this in our minds it is possible to come with different views because people seen their existence to be attached to genes insofar, they are able to control their temperament. People tend also to believe that at least human being has non-material essence in them which make the central teaching of any religion believes. Since the creation of people heredity is various in nature, the spirituality believes, aspect and perspective will thereby vary since they are human beings.

Conclusion

Sometimes cultural and language barriers between nurses and patients may be quite challenging. Especially when the patient does not understand what the nurse wants to say Along with the patient may not cooperate if he or she feels abused or afraid because he does not understand any of the many processes, depending on the illness that may affect each person and the culture This is because they all have their own unique ways of feeling pain and healing. The source of a language barrier is usually a result of globalization meaning more people are moving around the world as they look for work opportunities as well as the educations. Therefore, patients experiencing a language barrier would likely to change how nurses conduct their work and activate especially in-patient caring units. Perhaps, the changes will have to meet both patient communication and their legal reasoning. This language barrier has shown to impact patient delivery and outcome despite their socioeconomic status.
