My model will be an action-based leadership style.
Action-based leadership recommends that managers should emphasize the following factors; duties, tasks, team, and a person. The leader must concentrate on the assigned task, the team that is executing the job, and the individual strength and weaknesses of each member. Regarding this, the leader tries to meet the deadlines by isolating the items in those tasks, dividing the team to ensure each section s focused on and by the right individuals. The main driving force on this is the desire to beat the deadline by getting the team to focus on the assigned project (Luthra & Richa Dahiya, 2015). The leader must, therefore, uphold, motivate, and inspire the team to get the work done and achieve the set objectives. I intend to use this administration style due to its practicability. Through it, I will select a team and ensure constant interaction to gauge them based on their strength. I will assign groups to the various section of the project, effectively communicate the aims of each section and what is needed and when. I will also ensure that each group is well aware of the goals and timelines of the other group to ensure uniformity as well-structured delivery. By giving each group a task based on their strength, it means I will achieve results in not only time but also the best from each.
