Introduction
E-learning is an educational process that involves learners to acquire knowledge and training through the online platform at their comfort at any given time, thereby enhancing global interaction. Classroom training encompasses interaction in confinement at a given locality such as schools to acquire knowledge through physical participation and appearance of students, thus facilitating trainer and trainee's communication (Mealy& Loller, 2000). The traditional training approach provides learners with an opportunity for practical education method and group discussion of trainees, thereby encouraging distressed students to grasp knowledge through constant engagement. The contrasting approach of training in equipping learners with skills varies depending on the module undertaken and the time frame in completing the learning process.

The trainer should equip the trainee with principles and techniques on the benefits of pre-course briefing on their positions to ensure pre-requisite completion of their tasks (McDonald, Leberman, & Doyle, 2012). Acquitting learners with identification of goal-oriented program on adhering to their eligibility careers without supervision and become result oriented through self-driven initiatives. Through constant practices of trainees enables them to enhance their skills and apply it in their workplaces.
The motivation of Learners in Participating
Trainers motivate the participants by informing them of the right thing to undertake that aligns with their advancement of career goals. Identification of the participant's self-contextualization through the assistance of the trainers provides an overall improvement in user training and workflow, thus strengthening the employee's bonds (McDonald et al., 2012). Trainers should consider the trainee's opinions to increase their interaction and relationship while rewarding exemplary performances that motivate learners during training to achieve their set objectives.
Conclusion
Training requires the participation of both the trainer and trainees by following the stipulated guidelines to achieve the set goals. Both online and training in the classroom encourages the development and enhancement of skills among learners. The post-training follow-up is essential in maintaining and improving participant's knowledge to sharpen their applications and performances at the workplaces consistently.
