This is a kind of homeless agency that gives temporal accommodation for homeless families and people. Accommodations subsist to provide individuals with protection and shelter from adverse weather conditions. According to Bhalla and Cronin, (2015) homeless individuals are most frequently incapable of maintaining and acquiring safe, adequate and secure shelter. The blessed shelter is a place to be taught on how to be independent, healthy lifestyle as well as a place to train individuals for a better life as soon as they leave the accommodation.

Workers at the Blessed Home Shelter

The blessed shelter has a director, counselors, house managers, social workers, and caseworkers (Perez, 2016). The director supervises all the daily functions of the organization. The director handles clients' services which include discharge and intake procedures. Also, the director handles finances which include billing and budget. It is the work of a director to make sure that the organization meets state and local directives covering capacity needs, safety, and health. The director promotes recreational programs, skills training and vocational programmes for individuals in the organization.

Blessed shelter employs counselors as basic care providers for the accommodated residents. Counselors sustain the accommodated individuals' security in the shelter, and they either work part-time or stay on the premises. Counselors drive individuals to community services for assistance with permanent accommodation, alcohol or drug problems, children's need and healthcare. Counselors know about managing disturbed released prisoners or youth. Case managers operate within the premises, and they talk face to face with the accommodated residents. They manage individual challenges case by case that may include domestic violence struggles, alcoholism, drug abuse and emotional or physical illness. Case managers organize services for customers who require permanent healthcare, job training, housing or financial help (Perez, 2016). On the other hand, house managers in blessed shelter mostly work in the absence of the director. They work day and night depending on the number of individuals and their needs. Social workers in blessed shelter organization may take responsibilities of case managers. They assist individuals accommodated to get state benefits which include food, security, and medical aid. Also, social workers work as substance and health counselors.

"The facilities in this place are incomparable with other homeless centers."

"I thank the workers and the management since they are very peaceful. They are capable of handling people from diverse backgrounds. The structures in this place are beautiful and clean. The blessed homeless organization has become a transitional point as far as my life is concerned. Becoming a counselor has become my aim to assist individuals to manage their challenges and assist them to live normal lives."
