More imperatively, Yingying was extraordinarily beautiful, and she has used her unique beauty, talent, braveness and her infatuated nature to give a deeper impression, thereby reflecting the Tang Dynasty feminism. The story happened in the Tang Dynasty in China where there is prosperity, but at the same time, it is the place where the feminist perception aroused and featured. The status of female in China improved after Empress became a female emperor in the country, as women could now express their beauty and confidence in the public. More importantly, Yingying grew after the status of women had improved, thereby expressing his beauty with confidence. Notably, feminism refers to the perception that female have equal social, sexual, love, political, economic and intellectual rights as the male. Even though Yingying fits the standards of feminism, she chased her love, and that reflected the progress of the emergent of feminism in China. Similarly, Zhang and Yingying demonstrated a bold action of pursuing their love and affection as another significant symbol of the growing nature of feminism.

Yingying was an aristocratic woman as she often displays either misery or joy in her face. Understandably, Yingying loved Zhang from the bottom of her heart, but she could not express her feelings in the open. The beautiful queen did all her best to hide her sorrowful and deep love, but the situation mandated Zhang the responsibility to realize this unique love to pursue the affection and a long-lasting relationship actively. Also, in her enthusiasm and modesty, the integration of rebellion and obedience is demonstrated, depicting a tragedy.

Yingying declined her mother meeting with Zhang because she feared the negative aftermaths of love, but she also wanted to experience the same. As she writes the poem of love, she was longing to see Zhang even though her senses were against the idea. Ultimately Yingying decided to see her man that she loved deeply from her heart, and she dressed so smart and neatly for him. Despite her beauty, she often had joy, and she was shy. Yingying met with the handsome man in the moonlight until she began doubting their relationship could last longer, and she believed that it was very dangerous to fall in love with such a man; therefore she thought that falling in love with him would destroy her in the long-run.

The girl went back home, almost losing hopes that night, but she made a significant decision to her life that was to devote herself to Zhang. Notably, she broke her traditional ideas of purity and got the courage to forget her notions of love, so she fell in love with Zhang. In the very night of their meeting, Yingying incorporated the risk factors in the relationship like other females in the Tang Dynasty that formed several legends based on love; therefore she got depressed of falling in love. She lived with her lover for a couple of months and eventually deserted by him.

More importantly, the fate of Yingying was heartbreaking, but she demonstrated the sense of feminism among women. Her tragedy may indicate that she fell in love with the wrong man because he could not cherish and adore her beautiful woman who loved him deep from her heart. Despite the belief that every woman should find sweet love, Zhang did nothing but to ruin her life, leaving her heartbroken and full of sorrow. Unfortunately, when Yingying got married to another man, she lost her best forever, but her feelings for her ex-husband perpetuated, as she kept missing him.

Yingying was a unique woman, and she portrayed self-awareness instead of blindly following the notions that women should always obey parents before marriage, husband during marriage and sons when she is a widow. Understandably, most female depended too much on their male counterpart, and when they grew into womanhood, and the beauty disappears, they could face the wrath of abandonment. Emotionally, Yingying's life during her marriage to Zhang can be described as a fertile green leaf, and when she got deserted, her life describes a falling yellow leaf. Similarly, other lovers were worse off as they could even receive pressure from their parents, as well as from different classes.

It is worth noting that the concept of Confucian limited the freedom of women because men ruled over women, and the pressure was perpetual, especially before they got married. Even though Yingying was also influenced by the concept of Confucian that is demonstrated from her reserved trait before getting married, her dramatic love changed the whole concept of Confucian as she major on pursuing her love life at the expense of the female's most precious virginity; thus, her love life symbolized the awakening of feminism in the society.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the story of Yingying is touching, and the story ends in a dissatisfying manner. Ironically, Zhang even attempted to utilize some good words with the motive of disguising his actual thoughts and even started to blame the deep love that he received from Yingying. Additionally, Zhang destroyed her image, and both of them blamed each other and believing that they fell in love with the wrong person, as Yingying blamed herself for devoting her love for Zhang. More imperatively, the courage displayed by Yingying inspired most of the Chinese women to begin chasing love, and the beautiful girl represented the developing and awakening of the concept of feminism among the Tang Dynasty. She was deserted, but her love story influenced many women to chase their love.
