The change is supposed to be initiated, as this helps to include equality across the two genders. The policy currently serves one gender, women. The idea should be encouraged to include both sexes to embrace what is termed equality in the region or the group. Upon implementation of the policy, it will serve both gender, men, and women across the globe. I choose the policy as it hits the main current issues in the context of social inequality across societies. I select the policy to embrace equality from tow genders too. The impact of changed policy in the community will come with numerous advantages, including social equality and limitation of other social norms that restrict women's ability to actively involved in various essentials, societal, and family participation.
