Introduction

I have the energy and skills in the motivation of others as a leader. My attitude and personal view of my personality as a leader are of great affluence to my social life. During student public platforms, I do participate effectively, and the students appreciate this form of courage. My capability in communication and giving advice, hope, and critical views of the issues that relate to students is a gear to being a great student leader. More often are the times that I think and get influence from fellow students to pose for a school leadership position. In the next school election, I will fulfil the comrades' wishes and attain my leadership goals too. My urge to be a student and a future leader does not base on the salary and welfare rewards that the leaders get, but it is based on my perception that leadership should be efficient and perfect for the service of others. It is always a bad feeling to me whenever I see the leaders opposing beneficial students' motion and misusing the resources allocated for students. How is my Universality a Strength to Leadership?

The global management potential inspires me to work in comprehensive context management. My view of the cultural and ethnic aspects is diverse. Respect is part of my principles.my results allow the level of achievements to be such a leader. While in school, I do participate in social activities where I have learned to interact with a different kind of level students intern if economic differences, traditions, religion, and sexuality issues. Studying a short course in the field of sociology, religion, and literature has mentored my leadership to a global level. The courage, communication knowledge and business ideologies that I have are an inspiration to becoming an international manager in social economic and political aspects. To foster this and make my leadership quality of international standards, I have to make my move to the study of keen global leadership. Lack of this kind of knowledge may cost a diversion of passion from the lack of opportunities. Global leadership is a very competitive sector, which only the expertise is conducive.

My Availability and Devotion to Leadership.

Assessing my results, I am a potential and all-time qualified leader. The ability to present answers in ma and solutions to issues indicate the potential in me. In class, I am at the frontline in proposing issues related to academic work, and this leads to my high scores. Strategies in terms of creation of time and coaching others is a character instilled in me. Through evaluation of the requirement of being a leader, I find myself being a better leader in mentoring and issuing assurance of technicality consultation. Team building is a character that defines my personality- creativity in assembling others has a factor in my lie. Fellow students and course mates are part of the group that I have influenced during class time and outclass projects.

My Overthinking is a Challenge

From the result, it is evident that I have a more significant problem in overthinking. Talking issues more critically than required. Leaders require not to overthink and take public affairs more literally. Overthinking creates emotion, and it is to the worst extent of having reactions involved in leadership decisions. Leaders are to have a lower emotional response in the dealing of cases presented to them. The results indicated that I tend to increased stress and anxiety. My urge to explore more can be unnecessary. I do research more in school work, and therefore the results and databases that I get make a feeling of poor deliverance concerning the kind of efforts that I make. This is a great risk if applied in the leadership field. Although leaders have to be innovative through getting information to a better mole, efforts that result in void and failures should not be judges as a great impossibility in the career. My problem is having this as the final determinant toward my motivation to the next finicality. Consecutive low results cause a lowering in the motivation and self-encouragement towards achieving more. Anger and anxiety can cause a failure in my leadership goals as low recommendations by the public will have a great influence on being a social leader. To face this, better councillor engagements are my plans- studying short courses on sociology is a bigger approach too.

Attitude Disqualifies My Socialism

In team works both in school and in welfare life. My average results reflect that I have a significant problem in serving as a follower. Ego and need to lead is a character in me- participating in the team building and starting the project is very efficient in me. However, if a team member closes the line of teamwork intentionally, I may end up hating the member throughout the project. Yes, it is a role in leadership to guide others, but failure to follow other opinions bring s all efforts into vain. Although the leader should be harsh in the relationship within teamwork, it is better to make close interactions by the team members to avoid corrosion of ideas and views. If not well faced, this challenge may end up costing me a chance to get into organizational leadership that works in team building, and team management.to face this challenge. I plan to undertake more psychological lessons that are key in the curbing and maintenance of better socialism environments.

Inventories about Myself

Through the assessment, I have found new personal characters and potentiality. Critical thinking is much instilled in me. It is to my shock in the realization of how best my argument basing is- this assessment has been an engagement never again experienced in my lifetime. Mores, I have realized that weaknesses in me are big mountains that I ignore. Leadership potentiality is based on efficiencies and the challenges too. From this assessment, it is correct to conclude that my personality indefinite and full of strengths and flaws.

In conclusion, I will apply the knowledge I have learned through research and assessment based information to peruse my leadership urges that have been in me for long. To begin with, I will apply this self-knowledge in the school's political interests in the next election.
