An organization refers to a group of people who come together with the motive of starting a business. In order to develop an organization, there must be ideas that should be incorporated. In today's world, many current organizations have been formed. The following is an example of an existing organization, its approaches to the effective developed system, and the rewards employees should be accorded at the workplace.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is an example of a current organization. It was formed in 1948 as an agency of the United Nations to resolve health matters in the world (Perrot, Roodenbeke, Musango, Fritsche.,2010). The organization has its headquarters in Geneva. It has established regional offices worldwide in order to reach out to people(Perrot et al,2010). One of the main objectives is to provide advice in the field of health and address the most pressing health issues. The World Health Organization has a great significance to the world. One of the signs is that it has helped in the eradication of diseases in developing and developed countries(Perrot et al ,2010). It has also created awareness for better healthcare facilities.
Feedback on Effective Development System. The World Health Organization seems to have an effective developed system since it has achieved most of its development objectives. The objectives have been accomplished due to good performance and strong interventions by its members(Perrot et al ,2010). It also has a sustainability program; for example, WHO provides supports programs to countries experiencing an outbreak of diseases by ensuring services are administered in time(Perrot et al ,2010). The World Health Organization has ensured an effective system by having initiating programs that suit the needs of the people (Perrot et al ,2010). To ensure the needs that affect people are met, WHO ensures that it has valid programs to promote a good development system. Therefore, the World Health Organization has a very effective development system.
How to Improve the system. To improve the system of WHO, organizations must identify the challenges they are facing (Perrot et al,2010). It is possible by understanding the problems and comments shared by the beneficiaries. Another factor that should be considered is linking the health problems priorities with the pressing health demands of the populations (Perrot et al ,2010). Setting an indicator which shows whether you are achieving your goal is another factor to consider.
Employee Rewarding System. The World Health Organization deals with very crucial employees, such as doctors and nurses (Weller,2018). In order to maintain the employees, the organization is able to pay its employees on time. The organization has adopted a culture of rewarding its employees in order to motivate them, for example, through bonuses (Weller,2018). Despite the usual wages paid, there are some extra allowances for medical staff, such as transport allowances and hardship allowances. The organization is also in a position to reward the employees according to their professionals (Weller,2018). Most of the health workers have huge workloads to attend; therefore, they should be rewarded according to their good performance.
Conclusion
To sum up, the World Health Organization has portrayed the characteristics of a current organization. It has one of the best developed systems in the world because it reaches its development objectives and ideologies. The employees always feel like a part of the organization due to the rewards they get while doing their duties. The organization has shown positive benefits to the world since its establishment.
