Interviewee: The second question I have for today, Mr. Morgan is that, If the local paper were going to run a four-page article about your company's culture, what would be impossible not to include?
Mr. Morgan: When examining Delta Airline culture, it would be impossible not to include the company's reputable, strong core values of servant leadership, integrity, perseverance, respect, and honesty it has established among its employees and its community. The company's rules and policies define what the company is and provide a firm collaboration with all of its stakeholders, creating a favorable company culture that takes essential pride towards the company's success.
Interviewee: That is great, Mr. Morgan, then what do you think is the best part about working in this environment that I won't be able to see from just a walk around the office/plant, etc.?
Mr. Morgan: Working at Delta Airlines is a pleasure to me since the company has established a conducive working environment that takes into consideration employee social welfare. The working environment has been one of the company's strategies to retain its high profile employees and allow fresh and young employees to learn from their peers.
Interviewee: the fourth question I have for today is that what are the most common concerns employees make about your company culture
Mr. Morgan: The significant and current concern human resource team is raising is the issues related to uniforms that were introduced in 2018 has been alleged with some of the health-related problems. Several employees have raised concerns regarding suggesting that they occasionally fell sick as a result of breathing difficulty; therefore, the employee suggests that uniforms were toxic. Recently, the company has agreed to replace to address issues affecting its human resource team.
Interviewee: That is incredible, Mr. Morgan, that last question I have for you is that, what do you love best about the culture here?
Mr. Morgan: The most important aspect I love more about Delta Airlines is that the company is committed to foster a conducive atmosphere that promotes social inclusion and diversity as its core regarding Delta Airlines culture. The company values are what makes it special and unique, which has been achieved by establishing a framework that respects peoples' opinion regarding the service and products they offer to its client. The second interview was with Mrs. Wood works as a sales and marketing assistant manager in one Apple company branch. The interview comprised five open-ended questions that allow the interviewer to provide in-depth information concerning the subject.

Mrs. Wood: The primary concern raised by the human resource team is based on workplace morale. Apple company always creates programs and products under extreme pressure that create a harsh working environment. It implies that the company focuses mostly on the need and requirements of clients and the social while ignoring the need of the human resource that plays an acritical role to meet the company's objectives.
