Immigrants have become part of our society where most of them have been fused into our academic and workforce society to build the nation. Even though the concept of immigration, may be a critical debate, it is essential to understand that, migration may be challenging, or beneficial in the nation, since it stretches the government's budget, not to mention higher chances of unemployment and low leaving standards. On the other hand, it is essential to understand the value of education and its importance as a tool to eradicate poverty. Immigrants participating in academic programs have significantly buried their hopes in the academics' plans to help shape and usher them in society. Never the less, immigrants are faced with academic adjustment problems, due to cultural diversity. However, despite these challenges, immigrants' youths in Canada have proved against all the possible barriers, that education is their key to success.

As Moon and Ruiz-Casares, (2019) observed, individuals with a high school diploma in Canada, are vulnerable to poverty, and poor working condition, which applies to most of the immigrants. In other words, lack of proper education to the immigrants a critical factor that is worth observation and criticizing to ensure poverty is being eradicated in the region. With the use of education as a technical tool, the Canadian government has dramatically focused on the need to equip immigrants with better education like any Canadian citizen (Reddick, & Sadler, 2019). This helps raise the leaving standards of immigrant citizens.

Immigrants come to Canada with higher hopes and beliefs f success, which poses a critical point of observation to any government. Nearly all the immigrants who go through the Canadian primary, school, and later high school, have higher rates of advancing to higher education levels unlike those who fail to continue. Under the evaluation of the Program for International Student

Assessment (PISA), immigrant youths in Canada, strive to perform better like any other student in the nation (FINNIE & MUELLER, 2018). Never the less, this is made possible due to the flexible Canadian government rules regarding academic's performance to the immigrants. As a result, most of the immigrants are forced to work hard in academics to secure good jobs like any other Canadian citizen.

Conclusion

In conclusion, both hard work and the Canadian government support amongst immigrant youths have made this possible for immigrants to excel in academic. More so, economic factors, have defined the leaving standards of all Canadian citizens, which have greatly affected the academic performance in the nation.
