Adverse effects like sentinel taking place because of a lack of proper communication. For instance, a mismatch of information concerning the drug a patient should take could result in an error in the medication administered. Also, conflicts can arise in the workplace if nurses fail to collaborate during the provision of patient care effectively.
Evaluation/Outcome
The nurses were in a position to obtain relevant patient information that supported the provision of care. Appropriate leadership styles were used to guide the provision of nursing care. It was possible to collect the right information.
