Undergrad Education Background

After I graduated from Japanese junior high school and exchanged for ten days, 2013.09-14 went to the University of Kiel in the UK to study for a year as a Japanese junior high school and exchanged for ten days 2013.09-14 went to the University of Kiel in the UK to study for a year. I managed to enrol at university and choose economic with a grade point average of 2.96 on 2018/08/24 for a degree program. I had no idea regarding the importance of personal career development until the time I joined University and searched for a study discipline that could change my life. Economics was the only discipline that I had interest and aspiration; thus, I selected it.

Part 1: Honours and Awards

Graduating from Japanese junior high school in 2009 enabled me to receive grade award that helped me to join University was the first academic award I received which marked the beginning of the academic career. I received an award for Economic with a grade point average of 3.16 at the university level, which I started on 2016/01/26. In 2017, I was awarded as dean of the student with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.89. Currently, I am taking a degree program in economics, which I started in 2018/08/24.

Part 2: Personal Experiences and Skills

I have managed to gain and accumulate more skulls and experiences over time from different working environment and positions that has enabled me to become more proficient in the economic field. I was privileged to work for a year an event organiser and manager in the planning department of which I planned for many activities for Chinese students, such as freshmen pick-up, Mid-autumn moon cakes and many other related events and activities. To get more experience and to develop more hands-on tools for professional career development in economics, I worked in Shenzhen City Ideal Education Investment Co., Ltd organisation during an internship as a marketing department assistant. This enabled me to develop competent skills in customer relation and communication, procurement and planning alongside distribution and marketing through the generation and established market information through demand and supply research.

Part 3: Career Selection and Plans for Development

The area I selected and would like to an application is to major in economics and business analysis. This is a particular area of specialization that provides and equips an economic professional with skills and knowledge on how to maximize profits and maximize social needs. The reason why I want to apply for a major in economics is based on the fact that the field provides strong logic which is extremely practical in real-life situations. It will enable me to exercise my critical thinking ability in solving some complex challenges which can only comprehend when studying application principles of economics. This will also be of great importance towards personal future career development because it will equip me skills and experiences that are critical in analysing the economic and social benefits of the enterprise, and help my parents' businesses to develop better after I return to China. The business analysis major is a subject which concerns with making financial and economic analysis of business data. I chose this major because he can also help me return to China to develop my home business better.

Personal Competitive Advantage and Achievement for Professional Direction

What makes me have the confidence of succeeding in significant economies, is based on the fact that I have the upper hand or an advantage in mathematics principles and calculations and drawing analysis. For instance, in all my Mathematics classes in college were all A(plains)or A-(minus) signifying that I have a great foundation and preparations and will act as starting point to my professional economic career.

Academic and Career Plans

My academic plans are to do research and have a compressive study analysis on corporate and social effects I want to research and learn about organizational social effects alongside features and roles of the economy to the growth and expansion of business enterprises. The research outcome will enable both small scale and large scale holders to know when, where, what and how to produce most effectively by reducing cost production while increasing output. After graduating in indent to work for the home business enterprise and take over the business using the analytical and economic skills acquired during the study to boost the economic development of my society.

Personal Research Skill Manifestation

During my sophomore year, I researched and made computer games myself, and made a small game and got A as my final project. This marked the manifestation of my research ability and gathering existing information to come up with a new idea and feeling the existing gap with further information and solutions.

Personal Leadership and Communication Skills Manifestations

I have a strong self-management ability which helps me in time management in learning and entertainment, and it enables me to focus on specific activity during education or class. Besides, I have a strong ability to regulate emotions. During my studies in the United States, the skills will enable me to effectively control personal emotions and socialize with people from different diversity so that my reviews are not affected. Similarly, watching economic news, computer game production, and reading science fiction books is my hoppy, which enables me to be more updated on current economic issues. By watching in the news, I can understand the economic conditions of some large companies and countries today, as well as the saturation
