Introduction

Design thinking is a system that is used by the producer so as to solve compound problems so as to find a prudent solution for their clients. The design is not always focused on the problem but it aims to build to a favorable future. It consists of four stages. These are, to create the idea, define it, sketch it and maturate the idea for a better future.

Design thinking is an effective method for innovation because it formulates new actuality, demonstrating the coming up of new design culture and its ways into departments such as the business field. According to the two others Roger Martin and Tim Brown, they say that thinking differently with a certain design helps to explore creative new potential ideas that will help an organization to move forward. According to Tschimmel, he says that Design Thinking creates up to date toolkits and versions that help improve, contemplate and accelerate every creative procedure of multidisciplinary groups in many of the organizations. In design thinking, the designer combines design and thinking that provides the opportunity to groups such innovation management appeal design implements to another difficult tackling not relate directly with functionality and appearances of artifacts, but with the configuration of processes, services and businesses. This combination increases the creation of new ideas that help the company to innovate new methods that will increase profits in the organizations.

The reason why visualization is important is that it helps managers to create new ideas that will increase the productivity of the organization and to solve the problems in the company like Wallas (1926) stated. Tschimmel says that the design method is categorized into many steps to smoothen the arrangement of project assignments, timetables, collection and fabrication activities. According to Tschimmel, he says that design mostly uses visualization as an instrument for representing products and conceptualization. The ability to see and imagine things creates ideational visualization and product representation is driven from drawings, oral presentation, and models. Tschimmel tells us that Poincare used creative thinking procedure to tackle mathematical problems. Poincare said that the process of creative thinking was divided into four phases. These are the preparation phase, the verification phase, the incubation process, and the illumination phase. The classification was the motivation of research development into design inventiveness. The main purpose of this research was to develop ways that will guide an individual to effectively succeed in the creative procedure design.

According to Tschimmel, the characteristics of the design manager and the traditional design manager are very different. A design thinking manager believes that failure is part of the creative thinking process because if you fail you are able to identify the place you have failed if you are hardworking and you will be able to correct the mistake you had done so as to achieve the innovation that you had targeted. A traditional manager believes looking for the correct answers without the problems without experiencing any difficulties. According to Tschimmel, he says that one becomes comfortable with failure if he or she does not accept his failures. If you as a manager do not make an effort to correct a mistake that you had when trying to innovate something, your organization will not move forward because you are not ready to learn new methods of innovation. This makes the manager be a relaxant and he will not have any motivation to move forward. There was once I wanted to become an IT specialist but each time I tried to move forward, my results pulled me down. Since I had general knowledge in computer skills, I decided to become reluctant because I did not want to be corrected from my mistakes. Through the thinking process, I have discovered that I need to apply creative thinking design so as to able to solve my problems systematically so that I can achieve my goal. Now that I have learned that failure is part of a creative design process, I will try to improve on my mistakes so that I can make it as an IT specialist.
