Introduction
Malaysia has a relatively low unemployment rate, which was at approximately 3.42% in 2017 (Ming et al., 2017). The nation reached its lowest unemployment level in 2014 at 2.85% (Statistica, 2019). Most of the job positions in the nation are occupied by the young generation particularly graduates from the university. Nevertheless, despite such a positive statistic in Malaysia's employment sector, most fresh university graduates in the nation are unable to secure job positions. The following is a questionnaire that will investigate the factors that render fresh graduates in Malaysia to be unable to secure employment opportunities in the nation.
The questionnaire will have five primary unstructured questions that will be offered to the selected members of the sample population. The development of the questions will be derived from scholarly journal publications reviewing different reasons that make it hard for fresh graduates to secure job positions. The five dependent and independent variables to be considered for this evaluation will be personal ego, attitude problem, high expectation of salary, job mismatch, and working intention. The following template is a summary of the questions to be employed for the questionnaire and the journal publications that provide information to support such questions.
