This five-factor model is mainly used in helping recognize and also forecast the connection between personality behaviors and achievement in social, theoretical, and qualified circumstances. For example, as an administrator at physician practice and get complaints from the physicians that their concern is that the staff continues to isolate the patients and after your observations you conclude that majority of the workers are not people persons but on the other hand do love working correctly with computers when they post charges and payments and make appointments.

According to the big five personality theory, these people will be classified to as Conscientiousness. Conscientiousness may refer to desire to do a chore well and to take responsibilities to others earnestly. Conscientious individuals are mostly hardworking and dependable. They also are expected to be conformists. When occupied to an extreme, they might too be "overachievers," obsessives, and neurotic in their conduct (Watts, 2016). Besides, highly conscientious people have a habit of being organized and attentive to facts. They plan forward, reflect on how their performance disturbs others, and are watchful of deadlines. They highly spend time preparing and also pay their attention to the details.

However, the maximum of the characteristics are stable over a certain period, but with age, you realize that the neuroticism trait will decrease while Conscientiousness, on the other hand, increases. When you know that your workers have changed, and then you will be required to divide them as according to their best place of work according to what they will be good at so that they may continue to offer a quality job to the patients.

Lastly, it would be good to avoid such a thing in the future. Therefore this can be done by different means or ways (Young, 2016). Some of these ways may include that of first trying to study every person personality traits, and after identifying them, you can employ them to your firm. In this way, you realize that by doing so you will engage most of the people with different personality traits and as I earlier indicated they are going to offer a quality service to the clients or the patients. Last but not the least, it can be useful to try allowing people in your firm to do what they love most since at times this is what they can do to their best and also please the clients for a quality service.
