Introduction
The paper seeks to find out the relationship between the south-south cooperation that has absorbed a wide range of countries in the continent of Asia and their involvement in the in small civil society organizations. The cooperation will be studied in different countries concerning the improvements and the opportunities it has created for the community. The countries to be studied include India, South Africa, the Republic of Korea and the Czech Republic. These Asian countries have been selected as they fit the criteria since they all are Asian countries except South Africa but is still a southern county in the particular African continent.
The literature has been extensively carried out in the countries of interest as well as the widespread effects they bring to the countries depending on their developments. The contributing factors that have been presented in the carrying out the literature review include the educational levels of the country, their levels of technology, and healthcare as these are the pillars that assist in forming the economic stature of the country. The literature review is also exact and the particular years have been mentioned as well as the developments that have been carried out. The finances that have been allocated and spend have been accurately mentioned. For example, in 2012 the Indian government through the development partnership projects was expected to coordinate $15 billion in five years in developing skills and capacity in the southern parts of India. This statement has achieved the most information about the finances and has also mentioned the intentions of the funding as well as its source (TOMLINSON).
Further topics could be added to the literature review to cover other areas such as the social and organizational information about the societies and what has been done over the years. Their set up, as well as the history and existence, should be developed in the literature as this would assist in building up a stronger and more durable background.
The paper seeks to find out the relationship between civil societies and organizations with the south-south co-operation. This is achieved through extensive literature that is carried out on the selected counties and how they have applied the interaction intended. The analysis has covered the various governments and the financial support that they have allocated towards enhancing the interaction. Through the literature review, the research has covered the background of the countries as well as the budgets and how the pillars mentioned have assisted in pushing towards the ultimate goal of development. The involvement of the different bodies and the task forces that have been created by the government in order to control the money they have allocated towards these measures have helped in providing proof on how CSOs and SSC have interacted. This method of using available literature to back the claims proved to be active and efficient as it seeks to bring to light the already set efforts.
The argument of whether to agree or disagree with those of the author may pose a dilemma. On the upside, the author brings to light the work and efforts that have been done by the various societies and has been documented by others which is a noble cause. However, the author has not been able to reach out to this particular environment and observe what has been carried out or what is going on that has altered the delivery of interaction between the entities. These limitations and facts about the real niche have been neglected as the information would assist in steering the research in the right direction.
To improve the research, programs that have been developed in these countries of interest should be studied effectively and how they have assisted the communities. Apart from this, the authors should take their time and visit the areas or maybe speak to people who have been to the areas of interest in order to gain insight into the status quo. After this has been done, the research should be redone based on actual interviews and reliable data that has been collected.
