Product X is currently position 1, the market, however, is highly competitive and many competitors try to beat the Product. Our mission is continuing to set Product X as a No.1 product. To achieve this, it would be important to create convincing strategies and incorporate all stakeholders including salespersons whose number is more than 1,000. I apply for this position because I believe in my experience, that I will bring a significant contribution to the team as I aim at achieving the intended results.

I possess excellent communication skills that I can use to elicit the requirements of junior marketers and other key stakeholders, which helps me to develop strong relationships with them since it is critical for the success of the company. For instance, in product A team, I incorporated all stakeholders in strategy creation process so that they could independently implement the strategy. In a global team, I supported to establish new launch team. Sometimes, I led discussions by global position and at times participated in the discussion from Japan point of view. I bridged them by going and coming to both positions freely. All these experiences have opened up my mind towards marketing environment and I can now say I can manage teams to enable them to achieve set objectives.
