The authors of this article claim that workplace bullying has made many employees leave their place of work and consequently organizations end up losing some of its most skilled workers affecting the overall performance. By analyzing data relating to absenteeism, perpetration, and victimization brought about by bullying in the workforce, the authors claim that there is a need for large and well-controlled interventions of workplace bullying. This article brings in relevant and useful information to my main topic and more importantly, it brings a solution to the problem of workplace bullying.

Nica, Hurjui, and Stefan provide a detail information on how organization environment can influence workplace bullying. The authors make a methodological and conceptual contribution when it comes to how the work environment can influence bullying in the workplace, the different dynamics of workplace bullying and various negative health consequences that work brings. By analyzing various incidences of workplace bullying, the authors find out that there is a strong connection between psychological distress and workplace bullying and also they concluded that an organization's environment can help counter the effects bullying or it can escalate the situation. This source provides excellent information in regard to workplace bullying and more importantly, it shows how the organization setup can determine to bully in various workplaces.

Sansone. R. and Sansone, L discusses the adverse health effects that come with workplace bullying. The authors claim that bullying in the workplace is done differently and individual react differently but it always results in medical, socioeconomic, and emotional consequences. By conducting a literature review on workplace bullying, the authors concluded that the prevalence of this issue is much extended that it's usually highlighted and the majority of victims do not always come to out to express what they are going through. This article provides significant information when it comes to the effects of workplace bullying. The information in this article will help me to present the adverse effects that come with bullying in the workplace.
