Daly, Jackson, Manix, Davidson, & Hutchinson (2014), enhances the role of leadership through the consumer purchasing demands. According to the group, a hospital is represented as a business enterprise where the patients are the clients who expect the services and goods offered to be of standard. The standard of the enterprise also identified as a hospital setting needs a leader to improvise on quality healthcare approach. The research was done through the used of the qualitative and quantitative method of data collection; therefore, the group engaged in discussions with leaders in a medical setup. Also, the group used an evidence-based approach to gather more information on leadership. To achieve better results the group engaged in making inquiries on clinical management and at the same time tried to differentiate managers from leaders. The most important aspect of the research was the use of literature to help students and practitioners understand better and more refined ways a leader can influence a clinical enterprise to success. Besides, the approach selected specific barriers leaders have to face and how to overcome them. Finally, they focused on the hypothesis of future barriers medical leaders will have to face.

The article embraces that transformative leadership is the best among all and when implemented the healthcare institute has a better chance of survival. The group uses qualitative research method to collect data, and after their analysis, they enhance that employing transformative leadership in a health care centre skills, knowledge, coordination, and proper care among others can be achieved. The group used the random selection of resources but the time frame limited them to years between 2004 and 2015. With the fact that there was the limitation, there was biasness within the mentioned articles; thus reducing the credibility of the data gathered from the resources. The relationship and differences among the materials were noted down to establish a better way of addressing all the concerns about nursing leadership. Also, the deduced that with most hospitals addressing the issue of nursing leadership; it is a primary concern that can help drive change.

The leadership referred by Sfantou et al., (2017) is the one that helps in building, strengthening the quality, confidentiality and integrity of care. Moreover, these researchers focus on the various leadership styles and quality scopes of measures within the healthcare sector. The approach used is qualitative data collection where they concentrate on reviewing peer-reviewed and published articles from the Medicine library databases such as PubMed and EMBASE. In total, the material used a total of eighteen reports. The primary purpose of using eighteen articles was to create a comparison toward the topic of leadership, understand how other institutions use the system of nursing leadership, and why it has become a primary interest to all medical institutes. Unfortunately, the system created different methods of administration used and their impacts towards the medical discipline. The idea was to form a stable ideology and hypothesis backed up with qualitative analysis on the best leadership approach.
