Staff diversity increases medical providers' creativity in the diagnosis and treatment of critical medical conditions, which builds the idea of positive move - advantages. In the case of disadvantages, staff diversity creates excessive opinions regarding treating plans, for example, which suppresses the concept of efficacy.
