Ethics All advanced registered nurses follow the ethical codes where they are supposed to show respect to the patients, protects the right of patients, and maintain their patients' dignity as well. They are bound to create a conducive environment for the patients that enhance mutual trust and respect between the patients and the nurses (Flinter, Hsu, Cromp, Ladden & Wagner, 2017).

They are governed by four fundamental ethical principles including autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice (Flinter, Hsu, Cromp, Ladden & Wagner, 2017). Autonomy means that the nurses should maintain the patients' independence. Beneficence provides that nurses should have the act of showing mercy and kindness to their patient. Non-maleficence asserts that nurses should have the legal duty to avoid causing any harm to their patients. Lastly, justice affirms that the nurses should portray a fair and equal treatment to all people in the profession including the allocation of the healthcare resources. The ethical requirements of these nursing roles are similar since similar ethical principles govern them.

Education The education requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and then undertake the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) which allows the nurse to become registered. It also requires a master's degree in nursing which permits the nurse to be a specialist in the primary area of practice (Joseph & Huber, 2015). They are advanced practice registered nurses that have a master's in nursing (MSN) or a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP). It also requires a 2-3 years training on nursing practice (Joseph & Huber, 2015).

Their education requirements are almost similar since they require bachelors and master's degree in any nursing practice. However, the advanced registered nurses specialize in a significant role within the nursing practice.

Leadership These nurses assume a "Patientfocused leadership" that focuses on valuing the needs and requirements of the patients while undertaking the nursing practice. It also encompasses the "organization and systemfocused leadership" which focus on maintaining a good relationship with colleagues as a way to maximize in achieving the organizational goals and objectives (Joseph & Huber, 2015). The leadership hence contributes to improving the environmental conditions that the patients, other nurses, families, and the entire healthcare system encounter. They also assume leadership roles in guiding both the staff and the entire healthcare system as a way to ensure that they provide quality healthcare services (Joseph & Huber, 2015). These nurses work with unison with other medical practitioners to enhance the operational efficiency of the healthcare system to improve the medical care approaches that in turn help to cover a wide range of patients.

Although their leadership roles may differ, the core goals of these roles are somewhat similar. Both assume leadership roles that aim at enhancing the quality of medical care provided by the healthcare system therein.

Public Health They can be anesthetists, midwives, practitioners, or clinical nurse specialists who often engage directly in providing medical care to be public with the aim of preventing disease (Jeffries, 2015). They also give the relevant education to the public, and they are allowed to diagnose and prescribe medication.

They provide specialized treatment after the patient examination. They also offer education on patients and families of the most effective strategies that can help in solving the underlying problems (Salmond & Echevarria, 2017). They are also not allowed to prescribe medications in most of the states. These nurses hence focus on three key areas including patients and families, healthcare administration, and nursing management. Both professionals undertake a similar role within the public health sector. They aim at providing preventive care to families with the need to help prevent some common illnesses. Nevertheless, the clinical nurses are more specialized to major area whereby the ARN can refer a patient to them. Another difference is that while the ARN are permitted to prescribe medications, the clinical nurse specialists are not allowed.

Health Care Administration They undertake the administrative role within the healthcare system. The aids in managing various departments or a single department within the nursing facility. The can serve as supervisors, managers, or top-level directors within the hospital. They oversee the operations of the nursing staff within the facility, and they may be responsible for reviewing the performance of the employee and creating the employment policies. They can also be responsible for training new workers (Salmond & Echevarria, 2017). These nurses may have minimal direct interaction with the patients. These nurses entail ARNs who may be involved directly with patients while undertaking the administrative roles. They provide consultation services for a wide range of healthcare problems. They research on medicine and develop policies that are relevant in managing the staff and the patient issues therein. The often engage in large-scale policy development, managing the staff, financial planning, and managing the entire healthcare system. The also undertake supervisory roles by coordinating the healthcare service delivery systemIt is evident that both positions can undertake administrative roles within the healthcare system. Nevertheless, it is also evident that while the advanced registered nurses do not relate directly to the patients, the clinical nurse specialists can have direct contact with patients while providing consultation services.

Informatics The role of the nurses is interconnected with nursing informatics. It means that they integrate the information technology aspects in delivering quality healthcare. For instance, the ARN use patient data in providing medical services. It is efficient to the core advancements within the nursing practice. Besides, as the technology continues to develop, these professionals need to accommodate the subsequent improvements (Darvish, Bahramnezhad, Keyhanian & Navidhamidi, 2014). Usually, the clinical nurse specialists are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the clinical information system. They hence use the healthcare informatics to enhance the quality of the healthcare delivery system. They ensure that the healthcare system maintains and safeguards the relevant patients' information for future use. While these nurses may have different roles on informatics, it is evident that they have a similar objective. In this case, all these nurses utilize the Information technology aspects to manage and safeguard patients' data with the aim of enhancing the quality of services.

Business /Finance Their roles are interconnected with the business and financial concepts. Besides, they undertake administrative functions which require business and related financial skills. For instance, the administrators need to develop strategies that manage the existing budgets. They also have to create policies that conform to the current economic trends within the healthcare sector. They are also bound to evaluate and interpret the financial statements of the facilities as a way to gain knowledge that can help to manage the financial resources. They require business skills which range from customer service delivery and financial management techniques. These nurses usually focus on direct interactions with the patient and hence they needed to master customer service relations as a technique to providing high-quality healthcare services (Salmond & Echevarria, 2017). They also need to master information technology techniques as a way to become updated with the current business trend within the industry. These skills are relevant in managing the business and economic challenges that face the healthcare sector. These roles are also similar since thy focus of acquiring business management skills with the aim of obtaining the relevant is knowledge in managing the financial resources within the facility.

Specialty (e.g., Family, Acute Care) They can specialize in primary care, acute care, or either focuses on a particular patient demographic setting. It may include groups such as pediatric patients, women who are at their reproductive age, and geriatric patients as well. They hence can act as primary care providers to their patient where they can fully prescribe any appropriate medications. They provide direct care to patients. They can specialize in various patients including critical care, mental health, community health, geriatrics, adults, and pediatrics. They can also act as educators and trainers in medical institutions. They also conduct research and manage medical professionals as well (Salmond & Echevarria, 2017). The roles are interrelated as they may undertake similar specialization. For instance, they can both specialize in geriatric and pediatric patients.
