Introduction
It is apparent that this organization is facing considerable difficulty towards attaining the general goal of exploiting technological tools to supplement and improve learning. As things stand, there are considerable concerns regarding the state of the infrastructure, inconsistent application of software and hardware and professional developments required for learning within the organization. Thus, the committee tasked to research and propose emerging technologies for the educational needs of this organization has identified two suitable learning platforms. These are, Etale found at www.etale.org which offers digital learning with access to some educational documentaries on various topics. The other one is Edmodo found at www.edmodo.com offering materials for educations needs as well. The website takes the design of social media where people can connect and share knowledge. The initial concern was whether the organization is equipped with systems and services that can support the technology implementation. On record, the proposed tools are genuinely flexible and sustainable where the requirements equal those that staff use in their personal lives such as tablets and other mobile devices to access websites. Consequently, there will be no or little costs required towards upgrading and updating the systems making the two suitable.
Etale and Edmodo can be categorized under the emerging technology in the educational setting based on some of its features. One of these features is that these tools are redesigning the learning spaces. According to Anderson (2008) Modern education and the design of the traditional classroom are changing. Studies have shown that redesigning the school positively affects the students learning. As a result, education is shifting to the more open learning and gathering space provided by internet connectivity (Hamidi, Meshkat, Rezaee, & Jafari, 2011). There are mobility and flexibility required for future generations. These two online tools for learning creates such environments dissimilar to the traditional classroom. Second is that these two tools need extensive engagement with current technology. They characteristically involve fluid strategies that accurately reflect the nature of the 21st century that requires vastly social and tech-focused learners. These two tools help foster these needs such as collaborative education that allows learners to works with educators remotely. For instance, tablets give workers access to a range of subject matters now they need it. Third reason is as Bonk (2009) states that emerging technology in education should be one that prepares its learners to work in a world where technology literacy is a critical skill. One powerful way of ensuring this is by integrating mode of learning where technology is used. The two learning platforms use the latest technology including the internet, mobile devices, and computers which are the newest form of technology. These are gadgets that are crucial in the current century.
New emerging learning technology is changing the way through which people learn. The technology has made education become more fun and flexible. According to Eraut (2012), the number one benefit of technology for education is that it encourages individual learning and research. Etale and Edmodo provide learners with tools that can allow them to study individually. Learning individually is good since students cannot feel shy or uncomfortable when they fail to grasp a concept. Another fact is that individual learning enables people to research on the specific topic of interest. Through the virtual classroom that Edmodo offers, a learner can join a class where they engage educators in questions and get replies on any subject. The other benefit of the two tools is that it offers instant access to knowledge. In fact, modernly people are familiar with googling to find solutions to the problems they are experiencing. The gift of emerging learning tools is that it offers learners with holistic views on any subject while at the same time guide them towards the right resources. It has been increasingly hard to interest and retain employees with the technological skills required to work and deliver a range of IT services. The other benefit of technology in learning is that it prepares learners for the current nature of work (Goldin & Katz, 2018). These days, mobility is the next significant movement in the workplace, and people who use technology will be more adapted for the future. This is since technology in learning goes beyond digital literacy and promotes workplace skills critical for the future.
Incorporating these technologies support some instructional goals held by this organization. In the first place is the need to establish clear expectations of staff technology skills connected with the educations demands. Next is the need for staff to be involved in learning that incorporates technology that supports the development of skills. Lastly is the need for all workers to get the opportunity to develop and apply technology literacy skills at work.

In conclusion, implementing Etale and Edmodo educational tools in the organization is cost effective. This is advantageous considering the benefits that can be accrued from the technology. Above all, the fact that the tools help develops workers technological skills in relevance to the requirement of 21st-century workplace makes it essential. As a result, incorporating the two emerging technologies in the organization can steer the organization to success.
