In the modern world, education involves one having knowledge, creativity and productivity. It is developing the skills an individual possesses. Education also helps learners develop socially, physically and economically while preparing students for their future careers. It also triggers the mind. Students acquire the ability to think critically and advance their intelligence. An educated person can go through challenges and make it through. Education is a characteristic of many around the world, but only a reasonable number emerge best in their specialization. It is the reason why the school system is always revised to accommodate the changing demand in the market.

Among the major educational institutions in the United States, Pine Manor College is among the best. The college offers excellent programs including liberal arts education. The state of art facilities available in the institution makes it conducive for students to learn comfortably and at their convenience. The U.S News indicates it to be among the most diverse among the United States colleges.

Many education institutions today have challenges in producing skilled graduates who are flexible in the market. It is contrary to the job market, which requires a well-equipped workforce. Therefore getting the appropriate education from accredited institutions is fundamental. Many employers prefer graduates who are all rounded and can quickly adapt to changes in their environment during their careers. Education is an essential human virtue, a necessity of society, basis of effective life and sign of freedom. Education is necessary for integration of separate entities (Bhardwaj 2). Therefore, education is not only about becoming employable but developing adaptability and capabilities to live in today's world.

In the recent years, the school system has been comprised because of emerging institutions offering poor quality programs for economic benefits. It is the main reason why many companies do not recognize the college degrees. Steinberg asserts, College degrees are simply not necessary for many jobs. Of the 30 jobs projected to grow at the fastest rate in the next decade in the United States, only seven typically requires a bachelors degree according to the bureau of labor statistics (116). In pursuing a program, one has to have an objective, which he or she intends to achieve after the studies. An educated person should discern true from false, the true from the untrue in simple terms the ability to provide quality judgments in their field. Getting the right education is the primary element for the human being to achieve the legitimate goal of life. Besides, the passion for a particular program is also important.

In recent times, education has become an extension of the capitalist system. It is the mainstream of a productive workforce and a tool of driving the nations economy. Education is one of the subjects whose virtue is considered. Therefore turning institutions into moneymaking organizations leaves only a few credible where one can find learning and getting quality. Yet despite the availability of labor, employers are dissatisfied with applicants skills: 27 percent reported that they had left a vacancy open in the past year because they could not find anyone with the right skills. One-third said the lack of competencies is causing major business problems, in the form of cost, quality, or time (Mourshed 2). It is an indication of the presence of low-quality education in the various institutions around the world. In summary getting, the right training is essential. Therefore, it is worthwhile to enroll into a program, which will equip one with the required skills. The most important are getting value for the time and money invested in learning.
