The Origin of Salsa Dance

For this beautiful dance to be preserved, and the entire culture behind it literature must suggest something to the society for all the members to take part in the growth of this precious culture. Parents, scholars, and leaders whose opinions are usually listened to must be promoting the salsa dance at the forefront to exemplify moral values and continuing the dance itself as per the standards the inventors intended to show off in the dance. The History of Mambo

Now I know there some of us who are wondering why we jumped from salsa to mambo, but as we will learn this genre of music was responsible for creating salsa music and dance as a whole. Lets us look at a brief history of mambo, for Cuban music back in the 1930s 'Danzon' music style was what heavily influenced it. In the late 19th century another style of music known as 'Cuban Danza' which was a melodic and original music style which bore a lot of similarities to, 'Danza'.

The band that played a lot of Danzon, orchestra of 'Arcano y sus Maravillas' which at the time was one of the most popular if not the most popular band, variations were introduced to the classic beat of Danzon by some of their band members.
