With automation, more sophisticated skills become more attractive. There is a need for specialization, and for the employees to remain relevant, the government and the companies should provide the employees with the necessary support to sharpen skills to keep with speed. The government should also come up with essential causes at the institutions of learning so that the students get the required skills for industrial technology.

Also, the government should create job opportunities that do not necessarily need a lot of skills to absorb those who are being rendered jobless. The government can think of community-based projects which are less involving hence generating income for their needs. Moreover, the government should develop policies to protect employees since, even with automation; several areas within company operations will still require human interventions. Additionally, the government can create a support system in the form of cash that is given to the unemployed population every month to cater for their needs.

Existence of Stable Democracy

A stable democracy can only exist if the whole population is empowered. Across the world, there have been several political unrests experienced in the recent past. Nonetheless, economically empowered nations have continued to experience relatively stable democracy. Unstable democracy is since less empowered populations always feel disgruntled with the government in place, thus causing political instability while pushing the government to address their grievances. It is, therefore, important that for every government to experience a peaceful environment to work for and deliver on the promises to its citizens first to address the issue of economic empowerment.

As the intentions may be to protect the employees from low salaries, the proprietors have resolved to use automation instead of humans to reduce their cost. The automobile industry has seen tremendous growth in technology, with the latest one being the self-driving vehicles. These self-driving vehicles have brought with them several advantages; however, this is not to say that there are no demerits. The benefits of these vehicles are;

Reduced Accidents

Most of the accidents that do occur on our roads are caused by human error while driving-dozing off, maybe because of fatigue, after driving for a long time, which causes several accidents on our roads. A miscalculation by humans is another major cause of accidents on the way that is significantly reduced in self-driving vehicles since these vehicles are highly and precisely automated.

Reduced Traffic

Since these vehicles are self-driving, it is easier for family members to run their daily activities using the same car. It is possible since the car can drop one person to the place of work, and then come back, picks another one to do the shopping and so on.

Solve Parking Problem

In most cases, public places do experience challenges to do with parking since most of the people come in their cars, which are parked almost the whole day while attending to office work, leaving others with no space to park their vehicles. On the other hand, with self-driving cars, this has been solved since, for example, one vehicle can transport the entire staff to and from work.

Even though these vehicles are relatively accurate than humans, it would be very disastrous if there is any blockage of the signals. More often than not, satellite and GPS signals are affected by bad weather which may make self-driving vehicles' operations difficult.
