One of the richest individuals worldwide and a Microsoft founder Bill Gates was born in Washington. Bill Gates has been iconic in the marketing the greatness of the state and in shaping the economic scope of the state. (Trapenberg Frick, K., Weinzimmer, D., & Waddell, P. 2015).

The state boasts of a Seattle Space Needle which sets as an iconic element of the city's skyline and which includes a restaurant which rotates at its top. The skyline space needle was built for the affair of 1962 World's Fair. The historical elements and the economic aspects of the city set it as a critical State in the United States. For instance being the home to the founder of Microsoft and one of the wealthiest people in the Universe sets the growth pattern of the State. The iconic features of the city are a significant element of the State to the federal government. The federal government dramatically benefits the success of the state, and this explains why their state laws have to be about the federal government.

Phase 3: Transition Paragraph

Historical aspects such as the naming of the State after a President have greatly helped shape the history of the State. The state is recognized to a very sentimental personality to the history of the land is an essential element for the growth of the State. Washington being g the largest producers of apples set the State as the center of economic growth and agricultural advancement in the Continent. The eruption that drastically changed the economic view of the State led to economic sabotage as millions of property and time was channeled towards it. It saw a great migration of civilian who felt threatened by the misfortune. The State boosting of one of the most precious personalities in the Universe helps the State to be viewed as a very high State, and this is an excellent aspect for growth by any State.

Phase 4: Comparisons and Contrasting

The federal constitution of the United States outlines the pattern of the national government and gives a direction on the limitation and scope of the powers vested on any persons by the government. The federal constitution is majorly referred to as the supreme laws, and thus all the other rules and structure have to conform to it in all ways. The central composition comprises articles and constitutional amendments that help in governing and creating an orderly situation on the continent. Similarly, state constitution provides an outline of the structure of the state government judicial, executive and the legislature. The same way federal constitution contains bills of rights which are used to ensure the security of the human rights and their freedom so is the state constitution which includes a bill of rights which are a reflection of their rights and liberties. Both the state constitution and the federal constitution are meant to safeguard the rights of their people. (Mills, C. W. 2018).

Federal Constitution and state constitution vary, for instance; the state constitution is more detailed than the federal law. The state constitution is more detailed than the federal law because they are more concerned on limitations instead of giving power because of its overall authority is already in place. The other bit is that state constitutions in most cases address common elements to their states, whereas the federal law is not liable to amendment or adjustment through a very lengthy process which limits these changes, especially in supporting documentation. The aspect of length come a comparison between the two constitutions. (Sutton, J. S. 2018). State regulations are rules that are set by the state constitution to provide guidance and a general direction that need to be adhered to by all citizens of that particular State. The regulations vary from the health sector that is designed to shape and give a direction in the health sector.

Phase 5: How the State is Functioning

Similarly, there are regulations in the Education, Finance and all other state institutions in general. The county level in a state is meant to execute the rules that are designed by the state in general. They are supposed to align their daily operations according to the functionality of the state regulations. County levels allocate the funds set by the state government to the various dockets that they are assigned to. The county level is a mandate to oversee the projects and the activities arranged in place by the state government. The city level on the other scale being the smallest unit of the State government is regulated to oversee the operations of the county level by their door. The city level is mandated to ensure jurisdiction processes run smoothly and that all duties assigned to them by the county level are executed.

The constitution is laws amended to ensure smooth operations in the various societies that exist. The federal structure, for instance, is coined to give a common direction and sense of awareness to the general public. They are guidelines set to guard the institutions in place against any exploitations or threat by other firms. State and federal though designing their laws towards the same goal of the creation of order, they vary in certain sentiments of their nature. Federalism involves the pattern to which regulations are passed from the state, county to the city levels. Such settings enable for easy governance of the societies we live because of the size and nature of their existence.
