Introduction
Migration is the movement of people from one geographic region to another. There are various reasons why people, together with their mobile properties, tend to migrate. Some of the reasons include eviction, natural calamities, among other social, economic crisis. However, various procedures are always engaged to effectively legalize the shift of the people from one place to another. Failure to meet or follow the bureaucracy towards legalizing migration, the activity is referred to as undocumented migration. Therefore, undocumented immigration refers to the shift or relocation of the individuals without the legal concept of the domestic country as well as the foreign country one is moving in. The paper will, therefore, proposal research focusing on the effects and causes of undocumented migration. Basically, the economic, social, and population effects of undocumented immigration are key factors to research. The main reason for choosing the topic is to come up with possible solutions that lead to unproportioned economic development as well as administration of public budgetary funds.
The topic is quite relevant to all countries, especially the developed on that offers readily available job opportunities. For that reason, there is a need to understand the critical impact that it causes in the economy as well as in public budgeting. Similarly, I feel it is of considerable significance since it incorporates and allows learners to fathom the critiques that exist in the real world and how to address them. In my profession, the topic is equally important because it provides the necessary skills required in gathering the information as well as analyzing it clearly for accurate report delivery. In most cases, different and almost all states have experienced undocumented migrations. It has induced a high impact on both social economic and political temperatures, thus leading conflictions (Makam, 2019). Also, the subject topic poses a diverse area that has diverse challenges depending on the geographic region it is involved in. The purpose of the research proposal is to mitigate and come up with the basis of undocumented migration and how to reduce its effect.
The solution to the undocumented migration involves the introduction and use of identity cards as well as shortening the long protocol bureaucracy to have an immigrant passport. Also, the problem-solution would be critically addressed by inducing strict laws that penalize the lawbreakers upon illegal migration. Through the solutions mentioned, the issue would be minimized significantly.
The proposed solution is induced through different personal opinions that were gathered on interview bases where most people had their separate attachment about the same. Similarly, through social media posts, the public was able to respond to the solutions that were to terminate the undocumented migration. Based on personal experience, I was able to project the cause of the movement critically and thus giving a resolution on reducing lengthy procedures towards access to a migration passport. Also, from other researches done, it is evidence that the social, economic factors push people to migration (Nguyen et al., 2019). Therefore, the possible solution by most governments is to ensure there is equitable distribution of resources.
In the meantime, I have a great plan to publish an article or rather address the problem in more favorable means to both the public and the government. In my research, I tend to investigate and come up with a concrete solution that will help the public from undocumented immigrants. For instance, I would advise the public or rather the employees to always check the employees' identity verification as well as employing those who meet the requirement of being legally in place. Otherwise, it would be a nuisance to allow them to work without proper identification. They may cause trouble in the future and disappear. Similarly, encouraging the public to use the right channel through social media would be the best way to offer a solution to such kind of issue.
The primary audience for the research proposal or rather an essay includes both the public and the Government. The central theme is to mitigate and reduce the undocumented immigration that, in one way, leads to overstretching of resources shared as well as poor budgeting by the government. The primary solution by the government is to ensure that they induce strict law governing undocumented immigrants, thus discouraging them (Figueroa-Caballero & Mastro, 2019). Secondly, alert the public of the need to identify those close to them and inform them of the necessary channel to use for one to be a legalized immigrant.
The major challenge that tends to exist is that a number of undocumented immigrants are hard to identify, thus creating an ambiguous state to enforce the law on them. Secondly, it is hard for the government to ensure that there are no undocumented intruders, and therefore the census report double, thus poor budgeting. For instance, the government may conduct a census to establish a population and its features. In the process, it may end up incorporating or rather collecting wrong data that it might hard to budget for. Undocumented immigrants would likely fail to respond to the census for them to hide their Identity. Therefore the research proposal should come up with a digitalized method to identify the intruders through the biometric sensors.
