In the senate-house, the majority party is represented by the republican, the leader of the party is Mitch Mc Connell of Ken Turkey, from the Republican Party. The deputy majority leader of the Republican is from the Democratic Party. On the other hand, the minority party to the house is the democratic (Congress, US "House"). The minority leader is a Democrat, and his deputy is a Republican. The alignment and power management is as wise as it could ever be experienced, that is why the US form of government is emulated by other countries mostly from the third world counties. The Senate is the upper house of the United States.

One hundred members are comprising of democrats, republicans, and the independent members of the senate. Just like other countries, the majority party includes having many representatives; 51 members comprising of Republicans (Congress, US "House"). They are followed nearly by the minority party members; 47 members, then the independent with two members. They all add up to 100 members of the Senate. In the house of the Senate, there are issues brought to the board and are at times helpful to the country as well.

Bills of rights are brought forth, and they are of use to the country. Gender equality and the access to opportunities and freedom to all. An example, in developed counties political affiliations have made it possible for people to pass bills in the respective houses mostly parties that have the majority. As a congress member, I will propose the bill on gender equality and access to equal opportunities to be supported by the Republicans. The bill would affect several people mostly those from a wealthy background and those running big businesses for it would increase the amounts of taxes paid by these companies. The committee suitable for this bill would be the education and the workforce for the bill would significantly affect these two areas. The members of these committees affiliation go to both the Republican and the Democrats which if supported the bill would pass (Congress, US "House"). The bill has to garner 218 of the 435 votes in the house committee for it to proceed to the Senate where it will require 51 of 100 votes for it to pass. On the case, I am affiliated to the ruling party that has the majority of seats in both houses then the bill will survive both houses and be enacted however if half reduces am affiliated to the minority chances of the bill passing.

The advantage of the gender equality is that equal opportunities, such as education, health among others are granted to US citizens equally. However, the chances of such a bill coming to pass where it would require the distribution of wealth and increase of taxes would be met with a lot of opposition. The US is a capitalistic country hence it might result to some people not working hard for the resources are distributed evenly, it would be met with criticism such as the bill would promote laziness among citizens, and people, therefore, would not work hard.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the likelihood of the bill passing the house of committees would be impossible and the probability it sees its way to the Senate that would be impossible. However, the likelihood of a bill proposed by a member whose party holds a majority of seats both in the Senate and in the House of Representatives like currently Republicans, the bill has a higher chance of being imposed and the likelihood of the vice versa is possible.
