First, many researchers celebrate the diversity and LGTB youths in schools all over the United Staes of America. They believe that children who are LGTB should have equal opportunities to thrive and succeed in communities and schools. They encourage the society to be respectful, critical thinkers as well as maintain social justice, LGTB individual is just like any other individual in the society; thus they deserve equal rights. For instance, in most high schools word like 'that is gay' is commonly used but when the children are asked what it means they claim that they were only 'joking'. Contrarily, they are not thinking whatever they are saying it just comes out. To eradicate homophobic language, there is a need to create a link between 'gay' and LGTB community. Students need to be taught on various accomplishments of LGTB both in the past and the present and also the historical oppression that LGTB are subjected. In doing this, word stigmatization 'gay' will be mitigated, and the students will be able to identify themselves with LGTB individuals and respect them because they now understand what their words really mean.

Incorporating LGTB into public schools learning enables the learners to understand the atrocities that LGTB community goes through. The learners will not be using slurs words nonchalantly. In most cases, LGTB individuals are forced to suppress their emotions or sometimes they are subjected to violence. Today many people in the societies are dehumanizing LGTB community like people they cannot associate or identify with, had it been incorporated longtime ag, students and the society will have known the sufferings the LGTB community endures. Therefore, integrating it in schools, homophobic comments and slurs will not be a threat to the LGTB community anymore.

Moreover, incorporating LGTB communities in schools curriculum more so, those who have achieved positive comments and contributions in the society will aid in assuaging the negativity of the stigmatized word 'gay.' It is difficult for an individual to associate anything positive with the LGTB community because they even do not know the successful LGTB community individuals who have impacted the society positively. By introducing successful LGTB individuals, the mindset of the students will change.

Additionally, incorporating LGTB into schools will assist in stopping bullying. The learners will be able to identify the importance of LGTB in society. Nevertheless, in the United States of America, there is a demographic shifting; thus learners should learn to embrace how to work with people from different backgrounds and sexuality. In American, the educational sector requires the teachers to teach on co-curricular and diverse in education as well as culture. New Jersey State, for instance, is teaching about the African American rights movement and how the Native Americans should treat the others outside the core, the 'other.'

Incorporating LGVTB in schools will promote peace and stability because the LGTB community will receive the acceptance by other students; thus there is learning. LGTB have been dehumanized for a more extended period of time; therefore by teaching LGTB will enable the LGTB students to understand the homophobic slurs in their dictionary. In accord to this homophobia will be cleared and the LGTB humanized again here they feel the belonging of the society. It results in LGTB less victimization and feels safer in school. New Jersey has a multicultural curriculum where there is an objective to be achieved; thus they are working with the government and teachers to ensure there are transparency and justice in the field of learning.

In this study on the LGBTQ population and narrows down on the transgender (T) and questioning (Q) target group. Precisely, the study drew its conclusion from LGBTQ students since the study addresses the needs of such students neglected in the school curriculum. The article used LGBTQ students to inquire more about their personal experiences in school. The population was further used to understand how the students would feel talking about their unique needs to the counselors.

According to research, a study conducted by GLSEN (2018) reported that 86.2% and 44.1% of the visible LGBTQ students experience verbal and physical harassment respectively for their sexual nature. Also, 66.5% and 30.4% reported verbal and physical harassment respectively for expressing their gender in school. Additionally, close to a tune of 90% of the population report to have heard negative criticism on gays on a daily basis. The hostility adversely affects the LGBTQ questions more especially in their school performance. According to GLSEN (2008) survey, the number of recognized LGBTQ students below average was more compared to the heterosexual schoolmates. Similarly, LGBTQ students reported two times lower school attendance than that of ordinary students due to fear of the negative criticism with those frequently harassed missing school three times than their schoolmates. Furthermore, the criticism affected their need to join colleges with the number of LGBTQ students not intending to go to college being twice the number of other peers.

According to Webster and Jennica (p.202), it is evident that the implications of LGBTQ students' experiences affect not only their educational life but also their success, health, vocation, and emotional growth. The conclusion is drawn from the fears that the students develop in the schools. Moreover, the verbal and physical harassment interferes with the emotional life of the students. When the students are exposed to such experiences, they feel out of place and no longer see the meaning of life anymore. Academically, the students miss school to avoid the harassments they go through. More so, some students do not intend to go to college due to fear of how the new environment would view their sexual orientation. Consequently, the concerns that LGBTQ has could lead to depression due to harassment and fear to express their sexual orientation could lead to depression.

Also, there are those in the community that is against incorporating LGTB in public schools. Religion is among the first to deny the LGTB because it states that there are no morals. The bible does not allow lesbianism and gay. The religion states that in marriage a man should marry a woman and multiply. Lesbianism and gay do not follow religion. Therefore, the LGTB are not able to express their emotions because of religion. Gayism and lesbianism are portrayed as a sin before God. Thus it is condemned by the society because of religion which states that there are no ethical values and respect to the word of God in the LGTB community. Their activities are depicted as satanic.

There are governments that do not allow the LGTB community in their countries. LGTB is portrayed as a group of people that are not honest and aggressive. Thus, if given a chance they can really exploit the chance. The LGTB community is living in fear because they are not accepted by the government. Perhaps, an LGTB person is not respected in the society compared to a married person. The surrounding does not give the LGTB community to express themselves as their emotions are suppressed.

However, education is portrayed as the best way to stop ignorance and inhumane situations against GTB students. Contrarily, education can make school a better place with an affirming school environment for LGTB students. The school has the ability to create a safer environment for LGTB students where there is no discrimination and stigmatization no matter their sexuality or gender identity. Ths the LGTB has the capacity to prosper and achieve their full potential in life. They will be more beneficial to society. One of the main reasons why LGBT being taught in our schools is important mainly lies in our child's education and their safety while trying to obtain that education.

Incorporating LGTB has its importance to LGTB students and community as a whole. First, education is critical in everyone's life; thus it is mandatory for everyone to receive the education. TeachingLGTB in schools and its importance in society will change the perception of the learners towards LGTB learners. Consequently, enabling a good environment for the LGTB to engage in learning and achieve their life goals. Teaching the students on the atrocities experienced by LGTB will assist in lowering bullying as learners will accept their fellow students. There is also education for all, and the incorporation will assist in achieving education for all despite their gender identity or sexuality.

Also, another importance of incorporating LGTB in schools is that the students receive new information regarding the LGTB. The Negativity of the learners against the LGTB changes once they learn on their LGBT atrocities and experiences as stated by Klein, David (p.160). Other learners will be sympathetic and offer moral support; thus there is the replacement of unknown with knowledge and also the replacement of hatred or fear with love and appreciation. Incorporating also assist in eliminating any bias behaviors in schools. The teachers and students will appreciate one another without focusing on who is an LGTB and who is not. The school is like one community where there should be peace and unity.

Furthermore, with love and moral support that LGTB receives from the school, their suicidal thinking disappears. According to Utamsingh and Pooja Dushyant (p.155), the reason for suicidal thinking is bullying and not feeling the belongingness and attachment with the community; thus they prefer taking their lives away. The counseling and support from peers and school gives them the strength to continue living. There have been reduced of deaths caused by LGTB bullying.

I agree with the fact that LGTB should be incorporated in schools because of the above reasons. It is vital to save a life rather than valuing the societal system. Combining LGTB reduces the rate of suicidal deaths, learners change their perception on LGTB thus giving the victims love and affection, it has also reduced bullying in schools as students have learned and understood the LGTB community and the atrocities they experience. The incorporation has also assisted in eliminating bias behaviors in schools; they are all treated equally and receive education equally.

A national study showed that only 55% of LGBTQ students would be comfortable expressing their sexual orientation issues to school counselors and social workers. However, out of the said population, 40% of them had already approached either a social worker or a school counselor. Students in this study that had contacted counselors reported that school counselors were available and had the knowledge of...
