By stepping aside and looking at what one has, a person can examine the methods that they used to get what they have and decide whether there was a better way that they could have done the work. The emotions can vary as one looks at what they have generated (Marge, 1981). A person can feel dissatisfied with what they have achieved and get a sense of remorse. A person who is unhappy can conclude that there is more that needs to be done to achieve the required results by using a different approach.
