Introduction
In professional psychology, personality assessments defined as proficiency that involves administering, scoring, and interpretation empirically supported measures, traits, and styles of personality. Within the Jung Typology Test(JTT), I am recognized as ENFJ. My personality is an extravert, intuitive, feeling, and judging. The report shows I have no desire for extraversion compared to introversion, results of 3%. Sensible choice of intuition over sensing, showed 25%. For the feeling shows that have a small taste of feeling over thinking, shows 9%. A slight desire for judging compared to discerning showed 9%. I have tremendous charisma.
JTT states that I have a tremendous power to control others. At the same time, a unique way of making sales but usually not meant as a correction. I have faith in my dreams and always count myself as one who can help others achieve their goals. In my opinion, I find the result to be correct since I am a self-employed businessman with a mind to expand my businesses and help by employing many people to earn their living. I have an intuition to present my ideas clearly while understanding other people's perspectives. It makes me be a charismatic leader who makes me feel inspire others to follow me. Some can handle an astounding number of responsibilities at a time. I agree with the finding since I operate businesses at the same time, expand my education as well as do online writings.
My personality type of people is involved in social services, social work, health and medicine fields, in sciences, leadership roles, and various social services. My opinion about what Myers is discussing is that I agree. I am in higher learning institutions pursuing a degree course undertaking a science course in mathematics and computer science major with statistics option. At the same time, I am in the management of my three different businesses, and they do run smoothly and make sure I have checked on all regularly. On the other hand, I am always happy to do counseling to people and especially the students and the business peoples.
However, ENFJ's have an intuitive sense of emotions of others. They sense of altruism and empathy o others. They are the people who never reserve their compassion about those close to them. Ensure excellent communication skills at all times. They have a genuine feeling for the unwell people without considering the human race, experience feelings for others, and immediately act when they see people suffering. At the same time, this group of people likes to be liked, susceptible to feedback, either positive or negative. They always expect the best not only from themselves as well as from others and may find themselves unhappy when others fail to be genuine to them. They still do whatever it requires to ensure their relationships are strong and work hard to ensure they are always of value to their families, groups, and communities.
Furthermore, ENFJ's are caring, creative, impulsive, and energized by the possibilities life can bring while the INFJ found to be severely minded and caring. Both work hard to maintain harmony. On the other hand, the ENFJ's are genuine and interested in others' opinions while the INFJ's have their strong views with private reflections and ego. Finally, for these personalities, it is easy to mitigate their challenges since they are so sensitive to other people's feelings.
Conclusion
In conclusion, my opinion of Myers's discussion is that I agree. I agree with career choices ENFJ suggested for my personality type. I have been operating in the business field, science studies, writing, and counseling. The truth is that I enjoy in these fields a lot and will put all my leadership qualities in them. I am sure it will lead me to excellence result in my career field of choice.
